Great place to stay! Nice pool and friendly neighbors. I have to say that Hank the dog and the rehab burger were the highlights and the reason I will be back. Not to mention the beds are very comfortable.

Host Ryan is great. Ryan is very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. The condo is in a great, easily walkable location. The pool was relaxing and we got to know many of the friendly neighbors during our stay. We received wonderful recommendations of where to go and really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated with all the necessary items plus more. Parking was a plus with the space right outside the unit. Ryan was excellent in communicating and always available to help with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed staying in this stylish apartment. AC worked great to keep us comfortable during the hottest time of year. Early morning and late evening swimming and lounging at pool were great. There’s a fantastic cafe right across the street. We definitely plan on returning.

The property was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. I liked that it was on the ground floor which made it very easy for us to deal with our two little dogs. I appreciated the amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash and coffee and spices in the kitchen. Ryan was very nice and kept on top of communications. My husband left his wallet in the bed table and Ryan notified us right away. He dropped it off to my daughter who mailed it back to us. We really appreciated that.

Lovely condo, nicely decorated with everything we needed ! We stayed at unit for 4 days and it was extremely clean and comfortable!Ryan was awesome to rent from! Would stay again!

Ryan was an amazing host and gave us so many great restaurant and activity recommendations for our short trip to Scottsdale. The apartment is so cute, has really good air conditioning and is walkable to Old Town and a ton of shops. Plus the pool is right out your front door. I highly recommend this apartment.

This is a great retro property in old Scottsdale with the cutest little coffee place to start your day right around the corner. Ryan was very helpful and we enjoyed the swimming pool in the center courtyard of the complex. The AC unit is loud but provides a soothing white noise. Would stay again for this great walkable location!!!

Loved our stay in Scottsdale! The place was perfect for 2 couples in town for golf. Great location with easy access to Old Town and also next door to the best coffee and breakfast shop! Ryan communicated well and check-in / check-out were both easy. Highly recommend!

This was a safe and fun location near Old Town. The accommodations were exactly as described. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cost-friendly option in South Scottsdale. The owners went above and beyond with the little "extras" left for us, such as sunscreen, coffee, and even Band-Aids!
