Our cozy, unique, short-term rental is just minutes from Historic 25th Street, where you’ll find unique shops, local dining, and the charming Peery’s Egyptian Theater. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore scenic trails or visit the popular Snowbasin and Powder Mountain, both within a 30-minute drive. Enjoy great local eats like Slackwater Pub & Pizzeria and Tona Sushi, plus easy access to museums, breweries, and live entertainment. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, our space offers comfort and convenience near the heart of Ogden!

The space
Our basement unit offers a comfortable and private stay with two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and another with a full-size bed—plus a trundle couch in the living room for additional sleeping space. Guests will enjoy reliable satellite internet that stays up no matter what, ensuring seamless connectivity.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy a meal, including a microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and essential cookware and utensils.

The bathroom is stocked with essentials, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion—all from brands committed to being paraben-free, free of harsh chemicals, cruelty-free, and packaged in biodegradable or recyclable materials. Laundry access is available upon request. If there’s anything you need that isn’t already available, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to accommodate your requests!


Guest access
Guests have private access to the basement unit through a secure pin-coded lock, with the code provided one hour before check-in. The entrance to your home away from home is located at the front of the property. Feel free to enjoy the backyard, but please be mindful of the flowers—they may look like they’re taking a nap, but they’re just resting up for their next big bloom!

Other things to note

For safety of hosts, property, and guests there are cameras around the outside of the property. Rest assured there are NO cameras INSIDE the property. Camera locations include: doorbell cameras on basement front door, upper unit front door and side door, driveway/garage camera, cameras on the outside of the home which are in view of the front, sides, and back of the property. If you have any questions regarding the cameras please don’t hesitate to ask.
Occasionally there may be guests in the upstairs unit, while there may be noise during the day, guests are asked to be mindful of excessive noise at night. If guests upstairs are unreasonably disruptive during your stay, please feel free to reach out to us and we will to our best to find a solution! Also, you may notice some friendly feline wanderers in the area. There are many stray cats that like to roam the neighborhood, so if you see them, just be aware they’re part of the local scene.
