Located across the street from Cotton Bayou beach access, this 4th floor, 3 Bedroom/2 Bath room unit features updated kitchen and seating with a beautiful view of the Gulf. 3rd bedroom is a loft with a twin over full bunk which is perfect for kids. Sleeper sofa makes it sleep 9. Additional features are an oversized, plush bath towels, washer/dryer, outdoor pool and gym. Walking distance from Publix, a public boat ramp, and Coastal; among many other places. Has DEEDED PARKING.

This was such a great place to stay for our girls trip 3 Right across from the beach and walking distance or a quick drive to a lot of great places.

We had a wonderful stay. There was a perfect amount of space for eight people. The condo is super cute, and getting to the beach is no problem! Would stay again

The place was so nice and in the perfect location! The view was incredible! The host responded quickly when we had questions. I will definitely stay here again! It’s near the shops and restaurants but the balcony was my favorite spot!

Perfectly laid out space, great location, very easy communication with host. The unobstructed view of the beach from the condo is beautiful!

Our family had a wonderful stay right by the water with beautiful views! We were close to the water, grocery stores, and great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo with a nice view. We appreciated the host thinking of the little things, like a keurig coffee maker and k-cups. Great location convenient to boat ramp and Publix.

3 day getaway

Our stay was the best on the 4th floor with a beautiful over look of the ocean, very comfortable it was 12 of us and we still had more space to spare. This was our first time in Orange Beach, Alabama and we’re definitely coming back again and hopefully we can stay at this same condo. Everything was amazing!!! Nothing negative to say about our stay. 100% recommend. Also, we left the place the way we received it :)

This property was a huge disappointment from the moment we walked in. The house is much smaller than the listing photos make it appear. It is advertised as a 3-bedroom, but it’s actually 2 bedrooms with a loft, making it far too cramped for the advertised occupancy.The loft had a towel with vomit on it that had clearly been missed during cleaning. The smell was so bad the loft was unpleasant to use for the first two days until we found the source and threw it away ourselves.The house was dirty throughout. The floors were filthy, and we had to contact the host, who sent a cleaning crew 2 days into our 7-day stay because of the condition of the home. Despite expecting guests to leave the property spotless, there was no broom, no mop, almost no cleaning supplies, and only one trash bag provided for the entire week.After checkout, we were charged for towels because we used them to clean the already-dirty house. We were also charged for pillowcases with hairspray residue and for a scratch on the TV stand that we did not cause. The cleaners even swept every small piece of debris from around the property into one pile, took a picture of it, and claimed we had “left a pile of trash.”There were also maintenance issues, including a broken microwave handle and the hot and cold water being reversed in the master bathroom.Between the misleading listing, poor cleanliness, maintenance problems, and the way we were treated, this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
