Ground floor walkout condo on the beach. Located in Phoenix East II. 3 Bedrooms + Pull out queen couch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10)


This is a ground floor unit with large tiled wrap around patio that is steps to the zero-entry pool/ beach / grilling area / fenced kids splash zone . Professionally cleaned before each stay. Extra large capacity washer and dryer and wet bar with ice maker.

Free WiFi is included along with Dish Network satellite. All bedrooms and living room have smart televisions that are new as of July 2024.

This is a premium rated unit with many upgrades. It is much nicer than majority of premiums in the older buildings.

It is equipped with a Wet Bar and new under cabinet ice maker in the family room.

Updated counters and cabinets with stainless appliances and 10 foot ceilings unlike the older Phoenix units. The tubs are all cast iron, with no plastic inserts.

Unit was professionally decorated with updated upscale decor. Sleeps 8 in beds (3 queens and 1 king) comfortably, and 10 with sleeper sofa in the family room.

Wireless Internet and Satellite TV included.

Megan was very helpful throughout the entire stay. Being on the ground level was great especially being able to run in for quick snacks and food and back out to the pool or beach.

Could not believe that you were merely 25 feet from the beach. Go out the sliding door and you had a patio next to the outside swimming. Down the hall from the front door was the hot tub and an indoor pool. The condo had everything you need to cook with in the stainless steel kitchen. 6 adults slept comfortably. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants the beach life at your fingertips.

The host was very punctual in giving information for the check in process & other information for our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. It's a bottom floor room with a patio next to the pool & beach access. Highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay with little ones! Walk right out to the pool, no balcony to stress over with small kids, and no hauling wagons, ice chests, beach bags, etc. in and out of the elevators. Megan was such a pleasure to communicate with and was always so quick to respond! If we ever find our way back to OB, we’ll be right back here!

Although this unit doesn't have a beach view, it is centered around a tropical scenery and perfect for young families or older couple who need east access to the pool, and direct access to the beach. Very family friendly!

We absolutely loved our stay. One of our favorite things was being on the first floor. It made coming and going so easy, especially with kids and all the beach gear. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed!Our host was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated how easy the entire experience was from check-in to check-out.The location and amenities were great, too! We loved that you could purchase ice right on the property, which was so convenient. The splash pad was also a huge hit with the kids and gave them another fun option when we weren’t at the beach.Overall, everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo for families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing beach getaway!

WONDERFUL STAY! We enjoyed our time here so much! Great communication with the host. We had our toddler grandchild with us and the setup was perfect with a little one. Will definitely book this unit again.

Superb location for our family. We were able to enjoy the back patio and watch the kids swim. Huge patio. Condo clean, well stocked kitchen, ice maker a bonus. Fans in every room. Quiet, clean condo. Megan was responsive to every message and followed up very quickly. Highly recommend. Beach was great and a short walk from the back door.

From the moment I booked until I added an extra day to check out and all in between this condo and Megan were phenomenal! I loved the location and all the room in the condo was great. We spent lots of time on the patio and just walk out your door you were at the pool! The kids loved it and so did we! A really short walk to the beach as well. Also a big plus was the sweetest people at PE where we picked up our parking passes and pool bracelets. And all the security people were so sweet too! We had the best vacay! We will def stay here again

We chose this building because of it's close location to the beach. The fact that it is on the ground floor also makes it convenient having small children. This condo allows us to not have to haul strollers and sand covered items from the beach up the elevators. The building itself has a very large and welcoming lobby with free wifi and plenty of comfy sofas and chairs to relax in.

Being able to walk out of the condo and be steps away from the pool area and beach are what it truly special about this property. While the kids play in the pool you can be watching them from the comfort of the tiled patio. This condo also offers 10ft ceilings, wrap around tiled porch and wet bar with ice maker.
