Welcome to the ultimate Jersey Shore group retreat — a stunning 4,900 sq ft home in the heart of Long Branch, NJ, just minutes from the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. Perfect for large families, reunions, teams, and unforgettable group vacations on the Jersey Shore. The Space: 9 bedrooms plus 2 flexible bonus rooms, 13 beds, 4 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 21 - keep the whole group under one roof instead of splitting across hotel rooms. With 2 full kitchens, 3 living areas, a formal dining room, and 2 playrooms, there is room for everyone to spread out and make memories together. Good to know: 4 full bathrooms serving up to 21 guests - best for families, reunions, teams, and groups comfortable sharing. Entertainment: Our game room is a guest favorite — featuring a PS5, full VR gaming setup, and an F1 racing simulator. Fire up the BBQ in the backyard and enjoy outdoor dining while the kids play. Workspace available for remote workers. Location: 18-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Minutes to Long Branch restaurants, bars, and shopping. 1 hour from NYC via Garden State Pkwy or NJ Transit. Close to Asbury Park, Red Bank, and Monmouth Park Racetrack. Fantastic home, exceeded our expectations. It accommodated our large family gathering and let us all be together for the holidays. Great that you can walk to the train into the city.

A beautiful property so well kept, great decor, and super spacious. The game room is a total plus very fun features. Overall I would recommend anyone staying here especially big groups.

My friends and I had a great experience with both the property and the host. The host was very communicative both before and during our stay. The house was exactly what we were looking for - clean, close to downtown Long Branch, and perfect for a large group. We would definitely stay again!

We were looking for a large house with 7 or 8 bedrooms in Long Branch for a small reunion of college friends. Houses with that many bedrooms can be hard to find so we were thrilled to find this one! Not only was it the perfect size and in the desired location, but it was newly renovated, in pristine condition, and absolutely beautiful. It was well-appointed and very comfortable with everything we could possibly want or need. Communication with the host was great; we contacted him with some questions before and during our stay, and he usually replied almost immediately. Overall, everything was perfect and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
