If you would like to enjoy staying at home, feel free to use our inviting pool and well-equipped gym, providing relaxation and fitness options.
Family-Friendly: Our 2-bedroom units are thoughtfully designed with pack and plays and work desks, complemented by high-speed internet.
Grocery Service: With 7+ days' notice, we can stock your fridge using Instacart (at guests' expense).

To ensure the safety and security of our property and guests, we have a strict requirement for a background check through Autohost. In order to complete the check, Autohost will need additional information including your credit card and government-issued ID, which will only be used to verify your identity. Before your stay, we will also require you to sign a rental agreement. We understand that this may seem like an inconvenience, but please be aware that it is an essential part of our safety protocol and a mandatory requirement from the building management. Hi! Thank you so much for your inquiry and possible booking! Due to the increased rate of credit card fraud with booking accommodations, we may now require the following verification process in some instances at the hosts discretion:

You agree to the following by booking this unit-

1.The rules of this community require a simple background check. Please share a photo of your ID and the credit card used for booking in this message thread (Note we do not have a front desk at our property so this is the only time you will have to show this). This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used by our team or affiliates.

-Please share a LinkedIn or social media profile if you have no reviews or references.

- Please share the names of each guest staying in the unit and their emails. If you fail to provide this information- there may be a delay in receiving your check-in instructions because we have a strict screening policy required by the owner of the property.

2. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be charged for one-night weekend bookings or at the host’s discretion. Guest will be notified in advance of charge and refunded within 7 days following the checkout if the guest did not violate the rental terms or damage property.

4. SMOKING: whether inside your unit, in a common area or roof deck, no smoking of any substance is allowed. Smoke damage to a unit will result in a $1000 fee

5. KEYS: to return any access keys and remotes with a $50 replacement fee for every lost key and $250 for any remote or entry FOB. The best thing to do after checking out, is take a photo of your keyset, and text us you've left the keyset behind and have checked out.

6. By completing the booking, you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

7. Please take shoes off at door entrance.

8.Noise and neighbors- must keep noise to a minimum and reasonable level from 9pm till the next day. This is not a party house. If any issues with noise and parties, whether small, medium, or large, we will submit a claim and not return the security deposit we hold.

-We use noise monitoring sensors (Noiseaware) to detect noise (not recording), and if we receive notifications of excessive loud noises, we reserve the right to evict you after several attempts of us asking you to reduce noise.

-Background checks- we use Autohost to check backgrounds and may need to collect more information to go with your IDs and credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not pass or or have any bad history.

- You Must accurately share how many guests are coming. If the number exceeds that, there will be a $500 minimum fee for each guest per day.

Bellevue is a city located approximately 10 miles east of Seattle, and there are several transportation options available to get there as a tourist in Seattle:
Car: If you have access to a car or are planning to rent one, driving is a straightforward way to get to Bellevue. Simply take Interstate 90 eastbound from downtown Seattle, and you'll arrive in Bellevue in about 15 minutes (depending on traffic).
Bus: King County Metro Transit operates several bus routes between Seattle and Bellevue, including the RapidRide B Line and routes 550, 555, and 556. You can catch these buses from various locations in downtown Seattle, such as the Westlake or International District light rail stations. The trip typically takes between 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic and the specific route.
Light Rail: The Link Light Rail system connects downtown Seattle with SeaTac Airport and several other locations south of the city, but it does not currently extend to Bellevue. However, plans are underway to extend the light rail line to Bellevue in the coming years, so this could be an option in the future.
Ride-hailing: Services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in Seattle, and you can use them to get to Bellevue. Just be aware that prices may vary depending on traffic and demand.
Overall, the best transportation option for you will depend on your specific needs and preferences. If you're looking for the most affordable option, taking the bus may be the best choice. If you value convenience and flexibility, renting a car or using a ride-hailing service may be a better option.
