Had an amazing stay. Everything went smoothly and house is amazing. The property is centrally located making it a great vacation spot. Looking forward to another stay when visiting the area again.

This is one of the most well appointed VRBO's we have stayed in. You need it, they have it. The bedrooms are large with plenty of private space, the living room has area to be cozy with friends and family, the patio was a great place visit in the fresh air, and the kitchen was amazing with everything we needed for some great meals and memories. We will be back.

The place was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The communication with Craig & Tammy was excellent. Everything was as described. We highly recommend this place. It is top-notch!

We feel very fortunate to have found this home to stay in for a family wedding on Mercer Island. The proximity to I-90 and downtown Seattle allowed for easy access to the wedding in addition to being able to take in a game T Mobile Park. The home has nice finishes and is very comfortable. We took advantage of the backyard grill and well supplied kitchen. Even with that, we were able to walk to a restaurant in the neighborhood just 5 minutes away. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay again.

Warm, cozy and comfortable. With ample room for family. Basically, a full working kitchen unlike any I've found in other vacation homes. It's become our second home when we visit our son and daughter in law in Seattle. Craig is a stellar host. I highly, highly recommend!

Spent four nights here and it was the perfect home for us. We were visiting family that lived close. Spent time locally and also in downtown Seattle. Would definitely recommend and also hope to revisit on our next trip to Seattle.

Wonderful stay

I and my family had a wonderful stay at Cape Cod Gem! The place was clean and spacious. Owners kept in touch with us before getting there in case we needed anything and left great information about the city. Lovely house!

Wonderful family home

Our family, two adults, four older children (15-23), stayed in Craig and Tammy's beautiful home. Everything was very clean and well appointed. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

Family gathering

Owners have done a terrific renovation job. Everything was comfortable and easy. One of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed at.

Absolutely stunning home, the hosts were wonderful at providing a place, that was thought out well, they had everything that you may need to accommodate a family. The house is in a great neighborhood, definitely family friendly. We were able to walk down to some restaurants and back to the house. Definitely a convenient location for driving to places like Pike’s or a stadium game. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed here for Seafair. Beautiful house. Great location.

We had some bobbles in logistics with our trip and the host was super accommodating as we had to flip our trip around due to unexpected family issues. The house is quite large and well appointed. The beds are cozy. It is a great place to stay with extended family. Would stay here again for Seafair.

Short weekend with family

My wife , daughter and I stayed over a weekend in late June 2024. The property was spotless and well planned. The area was safe - we walked to friends and nearby Seward Park. We had a very nice time and recommend this property highly.

Great place!

This house had plenty of room for my family of 5. It was clean and comfortable and had updated amenities. The beautiful backyard patio was perfect for enjoying a nice meal in the fresh air. The location was perfect for us since it was walking distance from our family. Highly recommend.
