Very nice property in Little Elm near lake. Mike is awesome host and he genuinely cares, helps with pre arrangements. It would be great if they have access for guest to reach lake side. I wish this big beautiful property has more outdoor space other than pool for friends to hang out at night time as there is 10pm restrictions. Worth considering it even if it is expensive.

Thank you so much for your great ratIng, kind words and thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the property and had a positive experience with our hospitality. We’d also like to clarify that guests have easy access to the lake for fishing or swimming, located right across the street through the gated neighborhood common area near the gate. In addition to the pool, the property offers several spacious outdoor areas for guests to enjoy, including two gated side yards, a covered back patio, the pool and swim-up bar area, and a dedicated grill station. These spaces provide plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy time outdoors. We truly appreciate your comments regarding the 10 PM outdoor restrictions. These guidelines are in place out of respect for our neighbors and the surrounding community, though we understand how they may affect evening gatherings. We hope the variety of outdoor spaces and amenities, as well as the spacious inside spaces and amenities where late night funs is indeed permitted, still allows guests to make the most of their stay. Thank you again for choosing the Frisco Diamond Estate!

Our brokerage was attending a 3 day conference. This was a perfect place for us to relax in the evenings while team building at the same time. We had 15 adults staying and there was plenty of room for us to all be comfortable and enjoy each others company.

Pure “Mansion Life” Paradise

Frisco Diamond Estate is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and delivered a breath taking “mansion life” experience. Everything about the property is pure luxury from size, space, layout, design, furnishings, decor, cleanliness, comfort, and conveniences. The pictures don’t do it justice, as Frisco Diamond Estate blew our minds and exceeded expectations. Our large group loved every single moment of our stay and can’t wait to go back. Also, Mike is an amazing property manager!! Awesome communication and he made everything seamless from pre-check-in to check-out. Great guy, very personable, and treats you like royalty which adds to the luxury experience. Thank you Mike.In summary . . . Lavish, Luxury, Extraordinary, Mansion Life.
