This was a beautiful place within a few steps from the beach. We loved that Shawn sent us restaurant ideas and had beach chairs and supplies handy. The two outside patio areas were wonderful for morning coffee and we arrived to find snacks waiting for us. Lots of small touches that were very much appreciated. I will stay here again.

Uber clean, phenomenal location. Stayed a weekend with my adult family and loved everything about this. First, it’s super clean. You are steps off the beach and the boardwalk so access to dining and great walking areas is outstanding. Parking is included which really helps and saves money and hassle. Communication with Shawn was fast and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

We loved the location; steps from the beach and Venice pier. For a longer walk, we would easily get to nearby places like Abbot Kinney, the Canals, or Marina del Rey boat harbor. The home was nice and bright (just as in the pictures), the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. It was a special bonus to have a large sauna in the house. The beachtowels came in handy, and we loved having a garage. Everyone in our family of 4 adults agreed this was a great place to stay.

Beautiful property, very close to the beach and bars. The unit was stocked with towels and toiletries which was one less thing we had to pack. All the beach equipment you need for a great day at the beach. The area is quiet and you can hear the ocean. I went during a heat-wave, and failed to notice there is no AC, my bad, it's clearly listed. Shawn was very responsive and dropped off two additional fans to ensure we were comfortable. Would definitely come back, and highly recommend.

the place was hot and stuffy, overlooking a noisy alley that smelled like pee. there was astroturf on the two outdoor balconies which also smelled like pee. the appliances and plumbing were in disrepair. the beds were uncomfortable and the linens were rough and stale. we didn't sleep at all.
