The space:
Step into this contemporary self serviced apartment and be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area filled with natural light. The apartment is beautifully designed with chic decor and comfortable furnishings and beautiful views over the canal and gardens. There are three spacious bedrooms, main en suite, one with its own private patio. The living room offers plush seating and a large flat-screen smart TV. Relax with cocktails on your exclusive patio with scenic views of the canal. Perfect for business or pleasure with restaurants, shopping and entertainment for the whole family at Canal Walk, just a short walk away.
Guest access
This apartment is part of The Island Club, which is a secure complex and access controlled. Guests will need to sign in with ID and will receive an access card with their key. This will allow guests access to all areas including the swimming pool, gym with indoor pool and extensive grounds as well as a private, secure entrance to the Canal Walk Shopping and Entertainment complex.

Just a friendly reminder of some of the rules as given on the listing:
Self -Service Apartment - Daily Service can be arranged. (requirements and cost can be discussed)
Only six guests at all times. No day visitors or other guests allowed without prior agreement with host.
No Pets
No laundry visible on patio or from windows. Close drying rack supplied. ( must not be visible)
No Smoking indoors. Please always close the glass doors if smoking on the balcony/patio to prevent smoke from entering the apartment.
Marijuana is strictly not allowed and may not be smoked anywhere on the premises.
No parties or events.
No loud music that will disturb the neighbours.
Children allowed but please note patio has access to the canal.
