The ground floor boasts a double garage & elevator landing. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bath & a master bedroom with private bath and a porch with ocean views.

The second floor has an open and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 42" stainless gas oven with cook top, & more. The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. There's also a large bedroom with a private bath on the second floor.

The entire 3rd floor is a huge master suite with a seating area, dining nook and kitchenette. This master includes a private bath with walk in shower & soaking tub. There’s even a private deck with ocean views.

A beautiful, high end 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath second row home with fantastic ocean views! Newer construction with quality/custom finishes that convey luxury & comfort.

Lovely décor and ocean views, all within walking distance to the Center Street shops and restaurants. For those that need to stay connected, there's even high speed internet.

Lots of space, close to 4th St beach access, Bert’s and town. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. We spent a lot of time on the main floor deck where we could see and hear the ocean.

The 3 story beach house was great! Amazing views of the beach from the two decks. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. I really appreciated that the host, Kate, checked in with us during the week. Responded within hours with a small mechanical and quick response by maintenance. Walking distance to beach. Close to Bert’s. Tastefully decorated. I hope to return c again

Our host was very responsive. We had one issue while we were in the house, and she had it fixed within 3 hours—after hours on a Sunday. We were so impressed!!Also, property in person was nicer than the pictures!

This house was perfect for us. The three floors offered privacy and the kitchen and living room was great to come together. The three balconies were so calming and relaxing. We will definitely go back to this place!!!

Our son was getting married during the week in April 2026. Although the weather was crappy, we enjoyed this beach house so much that our family could spread out and enjoy the company and the balcony and great food fellowship and family time. We loved having an elevator to help load and unload. A great location just three blocks from all the action. although we live north of Myrtle Beach, we would definitely recommend and return if we had a large group again. Thanks again.

Great rental for three generations

Plenty of space for kids, parents and grandparents. Great location, very clean and the elevator was useful for luggage and grandparents.

House is wonderful! 8 adults and 3 children enjoyed Thanksgiving week at the beach, there was ample room for us all. Location is great, parking excellent, house clean and well furnished. Host is very responsive. We will be back!

25 beach trip

Yearly trek to beach with family, great house, easy to beach access and not far from Bert’s. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and great family room for gathering. Nice breezes on balcony at night. Definitely stay again and recommend.

The home has an elevator that runs from the ground to the first and second floors. The elevator is virtually silent, which is a huge plus compared to other homes we have stayed in where the sound of the elevator during operation is noticeable.

The house comfortable sleeps 12 people. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very spacious.
