Amenities: 3BR / 2BA *** ( Single Level Home) ( 1Q,2D) Amenities: Central A/C, Microwave, W/D, DW. WIFI. Gas Grill, Screened Porch, Front Deck, short distance from the beach. Keurig and Regular Perk Coffee Pot. 4 Bikes and beach chairs are provided.

Tucked away in Piney Island, just a few minutes from Assateague beach, this Outstanding beach home set up perfect for your whole family to relax and enjoy your beach vacation. The ground level has a large, screened area with full bathroom, the living and sleeping area is all on one floor with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms. Linens and Towels Provided. 3 Kayaks and Vest provided and 4 bikes available. No smoking or vaping. No Pets.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Peaceful Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was clean, well stocked, and a peaceful relaxing place to unwind. Plenty of space for us to be together or have our own space in this home. The neighborhood is quiet and private considering how close it is to the circle and all the town amenities. Plenty of parking, outdoor and indoor space, and easy to get anywhere in town.

Great stay, but have recommendations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good trip. The house had all the amenities, except curtains. That wouldn’t have been a problem, except for the neighbor’s bright lights. Plus, I think most people on vacation don’t want woken up a sunrise. The house description doesn’t mention that the second full bath is located under the house and only accessible from the outside. That’s handy for cleaning up after a beach trip, but not convenient when you have to pack everything you need back and forth.

We had a nice stay. Our biggest complaint is that there aren’t curtains or blinds in any of the rooms and the neighbor’s LED lights were bright and disruptive. It would also be nice to have a garden hose in the front to clean your feet before going in the house. There is a hose in the back, but not a paved walkway. Please note, too, that the second bathroom is located downstairs, which is fine, but there’s no direct access upstairs, so by the time you walk around your feet are dirty again. Otherwise, we’d have given five stars.

This home is even better than the pictures. The layout was perfect for our family. When we put the kids to bed, we were able to hang out in the "sunroom" with sliding glass doors shut to play board games after a long day at the beach. We loved the hardwood floors throughout making it easy to sweep up the sand. Smart TV was great for watching Netflix. We used the grill for a burger night. We used the bikes to ride to the beach (about 25 mins bike ride). The lower level bathroom is definitely odd and we did not use but it was not a problem for our family to use 1 bathroom on main level. For any beachgoers looking to visit Chincoteague, I highly recommend staying on Piney Island as it is the closest neighborhood to the beach.

The house was overall really nice, however the one thing to note was that while a 2 bathroom house, the second bathroom is located downstairs with no access to the upstairs from inside. You must go out, down the stairs and then through the screened porch area. This wasn't a deal breaker for our family, but wanted others to be aware. The plumbing upstairs was a little finicky, but again, not a deal breaker for us and overall we really enjoyed this house. The AC works great and the furniture was all comfortable!

The property was very clean and in a great location. Lots of trees and space between the neighbors. We had a great vacation in Chincoteague.

Overall nice house . However , wished there was access to 2nd bathroom from main floor . Could only access from going outside . So, it was only used maybe 3 times .
