Great Marina del Rey Condo for short term rental. Condo will be available from June 1-August 31, 2025. Condo is fully furnished with high end furnishings. It is a 2 Bedroom with one really large master suite bedroom and one smaller enclosed room. The unit is 1,800 square feet. It has two full bathrooms both with showers and one with a large soaking tub. Beautiful views of the Marina and ocean as well from the well appointed balcony. There is one parking space. Washer and dryer is in the unit as well. No postal mail or package service will be provided during this rental. There is a private mailbox store located across the street should you choose to open an account with them to receive mail and packages. The monthly rental rate is $15,000 per month which includes all utilities and cable and internet as well. All other utilities are also included. The building is secure with 24 hour doorman and security. Only responsible adult individuals will be considered. Must have valid proof of income and first month and one months security deposit will be required as well. We will offer a rental discount of $13,000 per month with the full three month payment made upfront. I must be very clear this is a high end building and no parties, no loud music, and no smoking will be allowed. Also no pets are allowed. Maximum 2 Adults and maximum one child.
