- Ample parking is available with space for 4 vehicles between both driveways. Additionally, a fifth private parking spot is located right in front of Apartment 4's entrance.

If you need us to arrange breakfast in the morning, or get you a professional chef to cater an event, we will be happy to arrange it for you.

We will also be happy to help you with car rentals, island tours, boat trips, scuba diving, kayaking, zip-lining, private excursions and restaurant reservations.

Additional House Rules:
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property, with a fine of $500 for violations.
Occupancy and Noise Limits: We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits. Violations may incur fines of up to $1,000.
Key Replacement: There is a $300 fee for lost keys.
