Downtown Duplex B Great Location & Private Yard
Relax in this charming 650 sq. ft. 1-bedroom, 1-bath duplex apartment, ideally located next to the heart of Sanford. Located on the ground floor, it features a partial view of Lake Monroe and a private entrance. Just a short walk from Ft. Mellon Park, the Riverwalk, Sanford Marina, and the Historic Downtown District, you'll be close by parks, restaurants, shops, galleries, and pubs. Enjoy the added convenience of free on-site parking. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful and easygoing getaway!
This cozy, fully furnished duplex provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. It includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining area. The private bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, while the living area boasts a large flat-screen Smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and full oven, toaster and coffee maker. Coffee and other kitchen essentials are provided.
Step outside to enjoy a spacious private patio and yard with table seating, perfect for unwinding. The yard is fully fenced, and dogs are welcome to enjoy it!
A charming covered front porch serves as the entrance to the duplex. Please note that we also rent out the other side of the duplex, so we require that noise is kept to a minimum during your entire stay.
Private Parking: A dedicated driveway is available in front and to the right side of the duplex. The duplex is equipped with a smart keypad, and you will be assigned a unique 4-digit code to use during your entire stay. Enter via your private entrance in front of the house labeled Side B.
This is a duplex, which is a house with two separate living spaces. You will have your own private entrance and your own private, fully-fenced backyard (NOT shared with the other side of the duplex).
"Side A" of the duplex is also rented out to short-term guests. We require that noise is kept to a minimum during your entire stay to avoid disturbing your neighbors. Please do not play loud music, or leave a barky dog alone in the house or yard for extended periods of time, especially at night. We can recommend a local doggy daycare if needed!
