I was traveling for work attending a conference in Denver. We stayed a couple extra days to explore. They had everything we needed! Comfy bed and huge shower!

Great spot!

Had a great visit and the place was perfect for my partner and I! Definitely recommend. The location is close to downtown, we had a parking spot in the back and there were great restaurants within walking distance!

The space was great, very large bathroom and decent sized kitchen. This was perfect for my husband and I while visiting Denver. Everything was clean and well maintained, and communication was great.

Location was perfect! The place was very spacious, clean and had everything you could need. The only two concerns were, it’s loud. And if we could hear you, you could probably hear us too. Being night owls, may be a drawback if you could hear us. We wish the internet was better. It was hard to look up things to do in Denver in the room. Overall, we loved it and would stay there again! Our two kids live in Denver, so we’ll definitely be checking if your space is available again if you’d have us back.

Super cute place, walking distance to broadway. Had everything we could need. I would definitely stay here again. Pictures don’t do it a justice. I just wish the bed was bigger for us as a tall couple. Lol

The property doesn't have A/C, but; to be fair, A/C was not listed as an amenity. With that being said, the first night sleeping wasn't comfortable as the floor fan simply couldn't cool the room down. However, the following night we opened the windows and slept quite well. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood quiet. Tyler was very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Thanks for the review Amanda! Correct, there is no direct AC to the apartment. However, the adjoining house has AC and helps keep the temperature comfortable. We also have a nice tower fan and as Amanda mentioned good airflow through the windows.

The property is very private. There are stairs down to the basement level. There is a living room in one half of the main room and bedroom in the other half. The kitchen has a two burner counter top stove, toaster oven, microwave fridge and sink, with some other small appliances and plenty of glassware and dishes.The bathroom is spacious with a double sink, separate toilet and shower.Tyler responded very quickly to any questions I had. He and family live upstairs in the main house.Baker is a lovely neighborhood with easy walk to coffee shops and many other amenities on south Broadway. A fun and convenient place to stay.

This cute Garden level apartment was a perfect location for our evening out in Denver. We had an event on S. Broadway and we were a 2.5 block walk away. The apartment is very cute and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was nice and cool even in scorching hot outside temperatures( The high temperature that day was 97 degrees). The off street parking was a nice plus. Everything about the place and location was perfect.We would definitely book this apartment again for our next visit to the city.
