Located on the south end of Estero Island, this 2 Bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo offers a small island community feel with large community amenities. Just a short walk away at Captain's Bay, a resort sized heated pool invites you to take a dip or just soak up the sun relaxing on one of the many lounge chairs on the sundeck. The BBQ and picnic area awaits you in case you want to enjoy the sun shine and Gulf breezes and eat in during your vacation. Best of all, seven miles of sugar white sand and turquoise blue Gulf waters are just a short walk across the street - Fort Myers Beach has been a favorite Florida vacation spot since 1925.

Bac Bay Vacation Condo 111 has been professionally decorated for comfort with plush furnishings for quiet enjoyment. The open floor layout gives a spacious feel and offers wonderful accommodations for "island living." The living room features a large comfy sofa and a flat screen TV so the entire family can relax or gather with friends after a full day at the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened in lanai your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh beach air! Perfect spot to catch up on your reading. The dining area features a table for four, with seating for four more at the bar nearby. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances, including that oh so important dishwasher, along with dishware, cookware and tableware for dining in or entertaining.

The two Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and outfitted for the best possible night's sleep. The newly furnished Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and its own TV when you just can't sleep! The Master Bath has just been remodeled with a Walk In Shower.

The Guest Bedroom features a Queen bed and also has its own TV. There's plenty of room for everyone! Next door is the newly remodeled Guest Bath.

For your convenience, there is free Wi-Fi and an indoor Washer and Dryer. The property comes with ample parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park, where you can enjoy free concerts every weekend. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just the next street over, will offer you restaurants, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
