Property as advertised. Beautiful little pool. Clean and cool with a couple minutes walk to the beach. Would recommend.

Yearly vacation

Wonderful stay, nice place, beach is close and quiet. Only down fall would be the traffic to the city center but it’s not a problem if you can ride a bike

Great place, spacious and clean. One of the mattresses was terrible an attempt to fix it was made but a new mattress is needed. Other than that everything was great! Love the pool and pool area!

Good location

Everything you need. We had a couple of items we asked about that were not there and they delivered them shortly. Within reason, they will accommodate!Beach access is about a half block away. They have nice beach chairs, etc. for each condo you can take to the beach. We really enjoyed the bicycles. The pool / hot tub is great. The Tiki hut area has a TV and furniture if you want to be outside. We used the outdoor grill too.

Details matter. First night no spa because instructions were wrong. No instructions for the TV. Couldn’t get “regular” tv so unable to watch playoff football. Furniture is spartan and not very comfortable especially old ugly couch. Loud electrical device in bedroom closet very annoying. No instructions for thermostat so had a very cold night when temperatures dropped. Good WiFi and location.

We enjoyed our stay hot tub was great and the short walk to the beach was great thank you so much. We would definitely do this again.

Everything was really great! The electronic keypad went out on us on Sunday night and we had no way of getting in, so I called the number of the host. Mind you this was 12:30 am! She answered! And was able to get us in on the spot. She deserves 100% credit! I would definitely recommend renting from these folks! The place is priced right and very well appointed. Thanks!

This unit was very clean. Actually the hardwood floors were shining!! Room sizes were very nice. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable and clean. Rosen/Mgmt team responded to a concern we voiced about hot water. It was mostly operator error. They came out immediately, and sent me a video of what to do. The king bed was in pretty bad shape spring wise and very uncomfortable. This particular unit is a little dark, especially the kitchen. Not an easy walk to beach. All in all a pretty good stay.
