This building is included among of the newest in the romantic zone/ beach area. Upon entering, you will be amazed by the incredible ocean views.You will like the configuration of the condo and its location in the building. Giving as a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach as the view of the back garden, which allows it to be very sunny and stay fresh. Enjoy the wind that passes through the unit and refreshed it in an instant. Being just a little lower than the back street also offers good accessibility and a great tranquility. What makes it one of the most popular of the building. It is located right behind the blue chair hotel. Get into the elevator walk some steps and you are on the Los Muertos beach. On top of the building you have infinity heated pool and sun deck with wi-fi and an amazing view. The condo is offers a luxury ambience with 1 bed room ( king size bed ) with tv 32 inch flat screen, closets with a lot of store room. Full equipped kitchen with granite counters, with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwashers,washer and dryer, toaster, mixer and coffee maker etc. This condo has own water purification system in the kitchen and a digital safe box. It offers nice size living room with dining table sitting area and a comfortable sofa/bed for additional guests, also tv 47 inch, wi-fi. The 2 bath rooms nice designed with granite counters. Relax and enjoy the view from the large balcony, let yourself be lulled by the sounds of the waves ,watch people walking across the beach during sunset's acting. In the evening, don’t miss the view of the city's bright lights miles. You will also have the opportunity to attend daily fireworks and a whole new colorful spectacle offered by the new emblem of the romantic zone, the los muertos pier.
Near from the beach, clubs, bars, and restaurants, you can’t stay closer to the beach and to the town. Look at the comments of those who have had the pleasure to live there....

Another great vacation

We always enjoy our stay. The owners and property managers are wonderful. It’s the perfect location and has all the amenities that one needs to fully enjoy their stay. The views are incredible. We have stayed here many times and just love it.

Incredible Condo, Incredible Vacation

Since 2008 I've tried to make it to PV at least twice a year and of all the places I've stayed this was for sure a favorite. Would go back in a second, and if the owners ever want to sell I hope they let me know first. Great location, great building, great unit, great experience.

Spectacular view

Beautiful apartment super close to the beach. The kitchen is amazing and it has everything you can think of. The pool terrace was just absolutely beautiful too. The place is uphill from the beach so it's a bit of a work out, but totally worth it. There is a sky bar acrosscthe street where they have a show every night until 1am so if you want a quiet night you need to bring your ear plugs. Thank you for a wonderful stay and looking forward to be back.

Another fantastic stay

This was our second stay at the property in 6 months. It was exactly as we expected, clean, functional and absolutely beautiful. A couple of relatively minor flaws in communicating with the property management this time. But overall a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this property.

Excellent place!

I chose this rental because of all the great reviews and they were all true. My favorite place was the pool, especially since it was so hot. And yes, the view from the condo and pool was amazing! Very clean pool area and condo. Taxis and Uber/Lyft both work in the area so getting around is easy and inexpensive. Definitely recommend to others, you won’t be disappointed.

Great condo in a great location

Condo exceeded our expectations! Perfect for a couple. The view was incredible, the accommodations were clean, the bed was super soft with nice quality sheets, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Angel, our guest services contact responded to our concern’s promptly, and went out of his way to make our stay great. My only suggestion would be to offer more blanket options. The bedspread felt more like a curtain than a cozy duvet. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

AWESOME Location and Stay!

What a great location and stay, the flat is very large and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, balcony is perfect for anytime of day with ocean views, AC works perfectly, shower is strong. Unit does have a laundry facility but we did not use. Would definitely book this flat again in the future. You also have a roof top pool with incredible views, we did not use but did stop by and take a look.

Awesome ocean views!!

The only inconvenience was the Check in process took a bit of time, and the power outage early in the morning. We had to wait 30 minutes to get into the condo. I think the property manager may have had other units to attend to? There was a power outage in the whole building, which left no access to water. It lasted for about 3 hours. Other than that, this place was so spectacular. Great location within Zona Romantica. Beach access, food, drinks were really convenient. We will definately be back!

The best place to stay in all of PVR

People told me "vacation rentals never live up to the photos or the listing" before I left for this trip. Well, they havent seen Obra Del Sol. If anything, the listing and photos didn't fully capture just how beautiful and spacious this condo is. The view from the massive window wall is simply breathtaking, unlike any I've seen before, and arguably one of the best views in all of PVR. The spectacular views continue to stun on the rooftop garden and pool area. We spent hours in the warm infinity pool just watching the sunset over the bay from our high perch over the beach. Facility management was helpful, efficient, and provided great wraparound services that made this condo rental feel like a true resort experience. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything we could need to cook or serve food in our unit or up on the pool deck. Towels were plentiful, TVs and sound systems great in living room and bedroom, and it was really convenient having a washer/dryer to dry things off after the pool or beach. The whole place was just really well equipped and outfitted to allow us to do whatever we wanted on our trip and get full enjoyment from the experience. The neighborhood is perfectly situated close to the 'it' beaches, clubs, and restaurants, and we never felt unsafe for a moment throughout our stay. This was probably the best vacation we've ever had, and it's thanks to this great place and the nice folks who run it.

Very Nice

The condo is just as described and very well maintained. Olga does a phenomenal job keeping the place clean, and the property management crew were very attentive and helpful in responding to our inquiries. The rooftop pool area is wonderful — we spent many hours up there — and the beach is just down the hill. We found the location to be ideal in walking distance to everything we wanted or needed. The water purifier in the kitchen was a huge bonus so we could drink the water and didn’t need to buy big jugs of water and hoist them up the hill to the unit. Not so great things to note: We found the bed to be very soft and caused considerable back pain. Not our kind of bed. There is construction on both sides of the condo building — including on Saturday! — so there was no quiet except early morning and early evening. Three buildings are under construction so the daytime noise was incessant. There is a lot of music from neighborhood beach-level pools too. If you’re looking for a quiet reprieve this isn’t your place right now. It was even hard to read with all the drilling and loud noise. Bring your noise canceling earbuds! This isn’t anything the condo owners are responsible for so this comment is for your awareness and not a reflection on the unit itself.

Another great stay at this property! Beautiful, clean, great location, and great communication with the owner and property manager. The pool was closed for renovations. But the owner advised us a month before our trip and offered a discount for the inconvenience. Looking forward to going back once it’s completed!

Zona Romantica at it's best

Beautiful condo and very well stocked with anything you may need, including beach towels, extra bags, cooler, and more. AC works great, but enjoyed the fully-opened wall to the view. Very easy walking to all the great sites. Will definitely book again

Awesome location, view, space, amenities and services!

My husband and I loved this property, particularly sitting out on the balcony overlooking the beach/bay. We took advantage of the extra services they offer, including airport pick up with grocery run, on-site massages and even on-site Covid tests. The property a manager was in touch throughout our weeklong stay and it made it that much more enjoyable. The rooftop pool is spectacular. I highly recommend you stay here for easy access to the beach and all the Romantic Zone has to offer!

Great first time experience

We just stayed at Amapas 301 in PV and had a wonderful comfortable stay. The condo was nicely situated and the view was spectacular. We did have problems with the wifi on the first day but did not affect our comfort and it was resolved shortly. The condo had everything we needed and the cleaning lady left us a delicious welcome platter. The pool was great, we spent lots of time up there. The condo was also within walking distance of everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
