The front door entrance is accessed by stairs from the expansive rooftop exterior patio and entertainment space. This level also has direct access from a stairwell to the 2-car garage.

The lower bedroom level also has an exterior ocean view terrace. The Casita/Nanny Suite is accessed from this level's terrace, through a guest bedroom or down the stairwell to the backyard and beach.

This home is located directly above Big Corona beach which has public beach fire pits. There is the possibility that the sounds of fun and frivolity may be heard until the beach closes promptly at 10:00PM.
