This spacious 2014 Lagoon 52 catamaran comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in six private cabins, each with its own ensuite bathroom. It's perfect for adventurous families, friend groups, dive crews, or anyone looking for a memorable stay in Key West—without ever leaving the dock.

This booking is for dockside stays only—sailing is not included.
The catamaran has air conditioning only while docked and connected to shore power.
This is a real, operating boat. While clean and comfortable, it has systems and quirks that differ from a traditional land-based rental.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire vessel and marina restrooms. Dock ladder access. The marina is gated for security.

Interaction With Guests:
We're available via the Airbnb app or your booking platform. A local contact is also on hand for urgent needs.

Perry Marina offers direct water access, a laid-back atmosphere, and is home to restaurants, bars, and live music. You're just 10 minutes from Duval Street, the Southernmost Point, and Key West’s iconic sunset spots. A free shuttle to Old Town is available.
