Step aboard S/V Sea Lab, our spacious 52-foot Lagoon catamaran, anchored dockside at the beautiful Perry Marina & Hotel in Key West. With six private cabins—each with its own bathroom—this one-of-a-kind stay is ideal for families, groups, or couples seeking an unforgettable escape on the water.

Please Note:
This booking is for dockside stays only—sailing is not included.
The catamaran has air conditioning only while docked and connected to shore power.
This is a real, operating boat. While clean and comfortable, it has systems and quirks that differ from a traditional land-based rental.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire vessel and marina restrooms. Dock ladder access. The marina is gated for security.

Interaction With Guests:
We're available via the app or your booking platform. A local contact is also on hand for urgent needs.

Perry Marina offers direct water access, a laid-back atmosphere, and is home to restaurants, bars, and live music. You're just 10 minutes from Duval Street, the Southernmost Point, and Key West’s iconic sunset spots. A free shuttle to Old Town is available.

Other Things to Note:
You will be required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability prior to check-in. This is standard for any stay on a boat and helps ensure your safety and ours.
No flushing paper in marine toilets.

Check In:
Our official check-in window is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM local time. During this time, our team is fully available to assist with door codes, locks, WiFi, and any arrival-related needs. If you choose to arrive after 8:00 PM, you may still use self check-in, but please understand that live support is not available after 8:00 PM. Any access issues, lock problems, or entry difficulties that occur after 8:00 PM will be addressed the following day.

By arriving after 8:00 PM, you accept full responsibility for delayed assistance and agree that no refunds or compensation will be issued for issues reported after 8:00 PM.

We strongly recommend arriving within the 4:00–8:00 PM window for the smoothest experience.
