Ideal for business travelers seeking a comfortable alternative to hotels, our home offers plenty of space to unwind and a warm, home-like atmosphere. Enjoy easy access to parks, restaurants, shops, and all the conveniences of the city while feeling right at home.

HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

Please read and respect the following important policies for staying at my property:

No Pets: I have a very strict no-pet policy due to severe allergies. This includes all animals, even service animals.

If this policy is ignored—especially inside the home—guests will be required to vacate the property immediately. No exceptions and no second chances.

No Smoking, Vaping, or Tobacco Use: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside the home or anywhere on or near the premises.

Violating this policy will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.

Electric Vehicles (EV): My property is not equipped with EV charging facilities. If you have an electric vehicle, an additional fee will apply:

Short-term stays (14 days or less): $20 per stay

Long-term stays (14 days or more): $45 per stay

These policies are in place to ensure a safe, healthy, and respectful environment for all guests.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the entire first floor of the home, offering privacy and plenty of room to relax.

The bedroom features a cozy sleeping area plus a dedicated desk and workspace, ideal for remote work or catching up on emails in a quiet setting.

Need to do laundry during your stay? There's a laundry room downstairs in the basement, available for guest use.

INTERACTION WITH GUEST

For short-term stays, I’m available as needed to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable visit. I respect your privacy but am just a message or call away if anything comes up during your stay.

For long-term guests, I take a more hands-on approach to make sure everything continues to meet your expectations. If you’d like to schedule weekly cleaning services, they are available for an additional fee. I personally accompany the cleaning crew during each visit and remain on-site until the job is complete, ensuring everything is done thoroughly and to a high standard.
