Located on Historic 4th Street in Northeast Little Falls, you’ll find yourself 3 to 4 Blocks from the Mississippi River Public Landing, Broadway Ave., Adorable Downtown, and All Sorts of Shopping.

Unwind and relax in a new queen bed with fresh, cozy bedding - perfect for a wonderful night's sleep.

Very clean and well equipped. Location was perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood with great access to sidewalks for walking our dog. The pricing was comparable to the hotel rates….and we had the luxury of having our own space. We would definitely stay here again if our business brings us to Little Falls in the future.

I so hate to write an unsatisfactory review, I did try to reach out to the host before writing this, but she didn’t respond. We had a weekend trip to watch our infant grandson in Little Falls, upon arrival and further inspection the house was very dirty….from dust, to dirty microwave, a lighter under the table, a pet dish on the floor, bugs and dirt on the kitchen floor, dirt in the bathroom, the mattress had questionable black specks, filthy bed pillow…..I can look past a lot but not plain dirt! I cleaned several spots where the baby would be and vacuumed the floor several times and continued to pick up dirt…..I’m sorry for the bad review, but I hope you do a thorough cleaning before renting out again.

A brief, anonymous text message (not through the VRBO app) received two weeks after check-out was mistaken for an automated phishing attempt, which is why I did not reply.

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting my dad in Little Falls. The location was great — close to downtown with lots of wonderful restaurants and cute shops nearby. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and perfect for our dog. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Shannon was great host!

Best part of our stay was being able to have our dogs with us and the fenced in back yard! Hostess was friendly and welcoming. The house was cute and we enjoyed our stay.

The home was cozy and clean and had everything we needed for the stay for the week. We used it mainly as extra space for people to sleep as my parents live down the road and during Christmas there is no longer enough room for all of us to stay. I would not hesitate to rent again. It was an excellent stay. Thank you so much!!
