Spacious kitchen/living dining area on main floor with plenty of space for your little ones to move around. Two sinks and a tub/shower upstairs with add'l shower in the downstairs bathroom. Two bedrooms with queen beds. Bunk room includes 1 twin bunkbed and 1 twin/full bunkbed. Large entry mudroom keeps the snow, mud, and sand out of the main living areas. Heating/cooling provided by heat pump. Wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers (2), teapot, electric teakettle, dishwasher, & microwave. Full-size washer & dryer, Pack 'n Play, booster seats & high chair. Iron & ironing board upon request. Walking distance to Parker Pie featuring local craft beer. You'll be in an outdoor paradise--hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, boating, & Nordic skiing right out the door. Downhill skiing not far-- 35 min. drive to Burke Mtn, 45 min. drive to Jay Peak. 25 min. drive to the Craftsbury Outdoor Center.

Excellent property and would definitely come back! Deborah is great as a host, very responsive and kept the house very clean and tidy. The listing has very accurate description and photos too.

Beautiful, clean, and modern house on an incredible small lake. Perfect location to enjoy rural Northeast Kingdom Vermont. Parker Pie down the street is delicious! The listing doesn't do this place justice - it's amazing! Stay here!

Summer weekend reunion

Beautiful home with plenty of room. Great settting off the water. Lake Parker in front and beautifully meadiws to the rear.

I stayed here with 4 family members for just one night. The downstairs is so open, welcoming, and clean. The bedrooms upstairs were neat and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and some basic pantry staples. We didn’t make use of the lake since it was just a quick stay, but the view was very pretty. We would have appreciated a tv, but were fine without it too. I’ll note we didn’t have kids with us, but I noticed it was very well equipped to host small children - high chairs, pack and play, sound machine, even toddler potties and bath toys. I would recommend this home!

This was a fabulous place for four adults and 3 kids! The large yard, the lovely lake, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, a most helpful and welcoming host made for an excellent time for all of us. (Host even mailed us the forgotten head lamps). The house is clean and comfortable with plenty of room and a basement for the kids to finish exhausting themselves after romping and swimming all day. Quiet nights with no light pollution and a star studded sky had us all sleeping like logs soon after our star gazing. Very highly recommended! Additional note: a very good pizza restaurant/bar/store is an easy walk from the property- live music when we were there. Enjoy!
