Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a stunning view of Downtown Dallas. This contemporary luxury space is designed to offer you a perfect, hassle-free stay.

The living and dining areas are elegantly furnished with LED lighting and modern decor that exceeds expectations. The bedroom serves as a private retreat with a lovely nighttime view. Expansive windows fill the apartment with natural light, enhancing the cozy atmosphere of the wooden floors.

- Queen-size bed with a luxury foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets
- Full/twin bunk bed

Guest Access:

• Self-service check-in and check-out are managed using a smart lock system.
• Valet parking is offered at no cost (one vehicle per reservation; trucks are not allowed).

• In-unit laundry facilities come equipped with free detergent.
• Temperature control is handled by AC and heating systems.
• Kitchenware and utensils are provided for preparing meals during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.

Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:

1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.

Pets are allowed based on their size; please inform us ahead of time if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet is charged as follows:

- Stays of 1 to 4 nights: $25 per night per pet
- Stays of 5 to 29 nights: $200 per pet
- Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per pet

Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

Guest verification before check-in is required.

To meet legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. Rest assured, this information is used only for screening purposes and is not stored or used for other reasons.

All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By booking, you agree to:

- Follow our rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- Undergo a background check if requested by property management or the owner, as stated in the rental agreement and booking terms.
- Complete our verification process to receive check-in instructions.

Guests must provide the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification standards.

Please note: Security cameras are installed in the hallways, and a Minut device is used in the unit to monitor noise levels.
