We loved this house on Park Place. It was very clean and cozy. It was so convenient for the Niswonger Center. When we come back for another show, we will definitely stay here again.

I agree! The photo of the house.Does not due the beautiful home justice. The house has a traditional look with a with a lot of class, and elegant features.It's amazing....The beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud's... Extremely clean and organized. The one complaint I had. It was time to go.

The house was charming and beautifully decorated. All the necessities were there. The host even provided a few coffee pods along with a laundry pod. The beds were extremely comfortable, and each room had its own individual thermostat. If you don't mind walking 10-15 minutes, it is very easy to get to the downtown area that has some cute shops and a great pizza place, The Gentry. I also highly recommend stopping by City Garage Car Museum which is only a six-minute walk away. Host was lovely and very quick to answer my questions.

Carolyn was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and was flexible with letting us have a later check-out. The home is beautifully decorated and the beds are amazing! I've had four back surgeries within the last year and a half and this was the first bed I've slept in that I didn't wake up with my back hurting.The house is very clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything. Everyone in the community was very welcoming and knew Carolyn. I will definitely plan another stay later this year.

This property is so nice that the online ad doesn't even do it justice. And it was easily the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Lots of great touches, extra towels and blankets, really good pillows, and comfortable beds. And we absolutely loved that you could separately control the temperature of each room. Fully recommend this place and would give it more than five stars.If possible.

Lovely

We absolutely loved this place. It was decorated so nice and equipped with everything you would need. I loved that there was no TV in the bedrooms. The pillows were like resting your head on a cloud!Owners (Carolyn) are friendly and quick to respond. Within walking distance to Greeneville and in the living room, they (owners) supplied a list of things to do in the area. We were there for the annual Iris Festival, which was right in town. Highly recommend this home. I love Greeneville and can’t wait to move back next year.

Carolyn was so special: kind, concerned, good communicator. Her home was spotlessly clean. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. I very much enjoyed the front porch where I relaxed in the breezy shade while reading my book for hours there. There were some spider webs in the flowers by the front door which turned off my granddaughter, but not me. I would definitely stay there again. Loved all the decorations in all the rooms, and all the kitchen appliances were clean and worked perfectly. My only concern as a 76 year old was the gravel driveway. It required that I walk to the car looking down to ensure any unevenness did not cause a fall. Would be so nice if cement or asphalt paved. A wonderful place to stay!
