This wonderful house in Green Bay offers 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with a refreshing shower, and essential amenities like heating, WiFi, and AC. Guests will feel right at home in this superb accommodation, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Experience the magic of Green Bay at our charming house.
Also have a third bedroom with no bed. With no kitchen table, there’s room for an air mattress there as well. Fridge, freezer, stove and microwave work great. Toaster but no coffee maker.
No cable or dish, but have over the air channels
and Roku, which has Peacock, Max, ESPN, AppleTv, Paramount Plus, Amazon Prime etc
Will have instructions for wifi and if you want to use your own Roku.
Plenty of free space to park on long driveway.
No access to basement or garage.
You’re a block from Farlin Park. 5 big blocks from Kennedy Park. About a mile from Bay Beach amusement park and the wildlife sanctuary. The rides will be open, as will the trails.

I grew up next door. I grew up in this neighborhood. Neighbors are quiet. Street I am on is not. But it’s very easy to take it to the Highway and easy to get here from the airport and stadium.

It’s where I grew up. The park is a block away. Many tennis matches were played there. Bay Beach isn’t far away. Tickets for rides are cheap. It’s easy to get to Lambeau from the Highway or through town. I’ll write a detailed description of how I go about it.

It’s like your grandparents house without the doily’s. Just me. No pets, or smoking. Clean. Moving eventually, to be closer to parents, so the place is getting bare. Doing this to gather some $ for my nieces college funds.
