The property was well maintained and clean. Only complaint would be the barbeque grill was over flowing with ash took a few minutes to clean out, but overall very nice place to stay.

The Pollyanna is a quiet retreat. Our host included a binder of local businesses. We liked all the "homey" touches you will never get at a hotel. Already thinking about returning in two years.

Hi. We wanted a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay during a fishing trip & we found it. Nestled close to Clinton / Norris / Rocky Top and several major lakes, rivers and streams.

Close to the Marina easy to get my boat in and out of the circle driveway. Wish we could have stayed longer, that was the only issue we had!!!!!! Thanks for the hospitality Pollyanna Ridge is a great place to stay!!

We had a wonderful time there with family and friends. My daughter's and sister was only 15 minutes away. It was so relaxing sitting on the back deck enjoying the mountains. Very peaceful and serene. We will definitely be back.

Had nothing to do with Skiing. The place was fabulous, clean and met all of our needs. The host was Super! Great communication, atttentive, and friendly. We will be back! P.S. we're there to off road not ski.

Norris Trip

Great Stay. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean. Margie was very sweet and responsive. All the extras in the house were awesome, especially the fresh baked cookies upon arrival. The house is about 6 minutes from Norris Damn Marina and 15 minutes from Wind Rock trail head. So close to many fun adventures. Easy to park your trailers. Everything was perfect.

Less than 10 min from Norris Dam marina. Pull through drive way was perfect for truck with boat trailer and a several extra vehicles. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. Cookies were amazing. Host had provided absolutely everything we needed and went out of her way to accommodate our early checkin. Was more than willing to provide anything we may have wanted. Bed’s were extremely comfortable. Sitting space in the living room was amazing. Plenty of space throughout the home and spacious kitchen. TV’s with Direct TV in every room. WiFi access was perfect. Charcoal grill with charcoal and charcoal starter was quick and easy. Nice deck area. Very nice firepit with seating. Washer and Dryer worked well and were a huge convenience. We would definitely stay again and have recommended to all of our friends.
