I feel bad for giving a 1 star even tho we got our money back.. Check-in and communication with the host was great.. This property is older and needs alot of work. It is pet friendly and it really showed it.Vrbo was excellent to work with even tho the reps are not in the USA.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left everything went smoothly. Kathleen was very welcoming and attentive. The cabin was beautiful and rustic. We loved staying here especially since this was our first visit to Tennessee. It was spacious and with our party of 6 everyone had their own beds.Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Not handicap accessible, no dishwasher, bathrooms didn’t function as they should, ice maker didn’t work, coffee maker had wrong carafe so it didn’t work, gaming system broke, weak furniture, back full bath smelled like methane or some sewage problem, no grill, dirty porches and windows. No where to sit outside that was appealing. The many steps had some rot and were broken. Not good for the price. We checked out a day early due to the inconveniences.

** DO NOT BOOK — read this before you waste your vacation **We chose this cabin because it seemed perfect: room for the family, dog-friendly, minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The listing photos were stunning. The reality was a nightmare.We arrived to a **filthy house** — clumps of human and pet hair everywhere, and a musty smell like it had been sealed shut for months with zero airflow. Black marks covered multiple walls. The living room ceiling has water stains, and the rug smells like it was pulled from a dumpster. The living room lights don't turn on — they strobe.Safety issues: the upstairs bathroom is missing so much grout my child slid and injured their toe. The bunk bed is held together with zip ties. Furniture beneath a bedroom TV had already collapsed — I flagged it to management and got zero response.The beds feel like cinderblocks. The fridge's ice/water dispenser doesn't work. Promised amenities — coffee, laundry soap — were not supplied on arrival and took 3 days of communication to recieve.Outside is neglected: cobwebs everywhere, an overgrown lawn, and the ONLY staircase upstairs is rotting and wobbly. Not remotely ADA accessible.**Save your money and your family's safety. Look elsewhere.**

The cabin is cozy, but needs updating. The floors on the top level feel like they are going to give out. The hot tub has two cinder blocks to get in and my mom almost fell. The beds are very hard. The kitchen table is falling apart. The steps (which is a lot of steps) is falling apart. The alarm system had multiple sensors going off and we were told to remove the batteries. The host is very responsive but for the price I paid, I was disappointed.

This cabin was nothing like the pictures. When we got there the was trash all along driveway. Steps and porches are rotting away, the smell inside the cabin was horrible smelled very musty/ moldy to the point we had to buy glade plug ins, cabin wasn’t very clean. Dishes weren’t clean had chips one of the glasses was cracked clear down the side not enough silverware for 11 people only 3 forks, gaming table broke, darts and dart board broke, back full bath smelled like sewage only one tub plugged to get a bath was hard to bath my toddler. No grill. Contacted owner due to animal in attic got quick response but no follow up and my kids were scared asked them to come out and check cabin they never did. Floors feel like you’re going to fall through. No clean outdoor furniture to sit on. Hot tub had cinder blocks as steps to get in so made it hard to get in and out. Kitchen table feels like it’s falling apart.
