Nutten But Fun is Nutten Short of Amazing! From communication with the host to the incredible amenities at this mountain home, I would give a 6 star rating if possible! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved all the entertainment/game options. This is a true gem within Massanutten Resort, and we would definitely reserve it again for our next visit!

Great house centrally located in Massanutten resort, equipped with all the necessities for a wonderful trip! The basement area with the pool tables and mock casino setup is much bigger than expected, and an excellent way to spend time. Having many different full sized beds made it easy to accommodate multiple adults. The hosts made things easy with their responsiveness and open communication for check in and check out. We will look at returning again for a ski trip some time in the future!

Fantastic home for larger groups!

Gorgeous, very clean home with lots of space for a larger group.Thoughtfully stocked kitchen with even items like spices, oil, Pam, flashlights, tape, etc. Home had hairdryers, a pack and play, and even a stool for little ones to wash their hands. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway with Space for Everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Massanutten, Virginia! The house was extremely clean and well-maintained, with multiple living areas and plenty of bedrooms to comfortably accommodate our entire group. The large family rooms were perfect for gathering, playing games, or just relaxing after a day of adventures.Communication with the hosts was seamless—very responsive and helpful every step of the way. The location is ideal, nestled in a peaceful area with lots to do nearby, including outdoor activities, dining, and entertainment options. This home truly offers something for everyone and exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to come back!

Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home to us. We had an amazing time! Your home is perfect! Everything was clean and loved the decor. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed (and more!). Appreciate all the extra things you provided - paper towels, trash bags, etc. We had 10 of us in our group and your home allowed us to all hang out together and also a lot of room to spread out. Your game room in the basement is fantastic and loved having the ping-pong table too. We did go-carts and mini golf and had lunch outside at Base Camp. So much fun. We already said next time we are staying longer and going to try the pool, scenic chair lift, hiking, and fishing. :) To top everything off - Thank you for the great communication! 100% recommend NuttenButFun!

Our favorite house got better! This is our fifth time renting this property, but the first time with new hosts Ryan & Becky. This house is in a great location. It is clean and super spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone in our traveling party to either spread out or congregate. This house still has one of the best stocked kitchens we have had in a rental anywhere. The upgrades Ryan & Becky made have elevated this already amazing property to the next level. Their cosmetic updates make the house almost seem like it is brand new. In addition, they added seating in each of the living areas and an extra bed in one of the lower bedrooms. The gaming station downstairs allowed our younger travelers to use their x-box without taking over either the large screen TV's. Instead of just Pac-Man, we got to enjoy the new black jack and pool tables, as well as the games on the walls. In addition to ping-pong in the garage, there is a now a Foosball table. Another highlight is the new patio area and hot tub. Communication with Ryan & Becky was prompt, and the check in/check out processes were seamless. Whether you’re seeking to enjoy the activities that Massanutten offers, explore local breweries and restaurants, visit James Madison University in nearby Harrisonburg, or just relax, this is the perfect house. We look forward to our next stay!
