We absolutely loved our stay. The guest house was homey and inviting. There is everything to make your stay comfortable. It's the perfect place to see stars at night, no need to go anywhere else. We even saw baby goats that were born overnight!

The place was clean and quiet and the view with the sunset, chickens, goats and birds was beautiful. We had all of the cooking equipment for dinner and breakfast. Directions were spot on. We’d love to stay again.

My go-to place to stay when in the Alpine area. Excellent setting, very comfortable room, excellent host, and great balance of being outside the city but convenient to Sul Ross and the city.

We enjoyed our stay. Lisa and Steve were very nice. Our place was just right for us. Loved all the animals and sitting outside at night and seeing all the stars. The mornings were great as well enjoying the views & cool weather. We would definitely go back.

Rustic Western Charm with Unforgettable ViewsOur one-night stay in Alpine was a true West Texas treat. The rustic western décor set the tone from the moment we arrived, and the mountain views were exceptional.Our evening in the hot tub under a sky full of stars was a highlight of the trip. The farm animals kept us thoroughly entertained. The pregnant goats were hilarious, climbing up and right into the feeding troughs as if they owned the place. We were also delighted to spot a covey of blue quail, a unique sight we will not soon forget.Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your special property with us. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we would gladly return. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, one-of-a-kind getaway.

This is a must stay if you are in the area. Very clean and comfortable. So relaxing to sit and watch the animals and enjoy the view of the mountains and stars at night. The host is wonderful and has everything you need for a great stay. We will come back if we are in the area again!!

Unfortunately we only had a single night to spend. We would encourage anyone needing a place in Alpine to stay. Hosts were wonderful, setting was wonderful, place was incredible.

This place was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, decorated nicely and had enough items available that I was able to make food there. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The goats were so fun to watch. Definitely would recommend this place.

The place was lovely, and there were so many charming things about it! Loved the hot tub, and found everywhere to be nice and clean. We only got to stay for four hours or so, but we enjoyed every minute.
