Built in the 1800s and relocated from Lyons, Kansas to the base of the mountain in 1991, this meticulously restored four-story landmark is the most distinctive — and best-located — ski address in town. While everyone else checks into another beige condo, your group settles into a Steinway grand piano, a Tiffany-mantled fireplace, soaring Victorian architecture, and a private hot tub, all wrapped in 130+ years of irreplaceable character.

Up to 20 guests spread across 8 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms on four floors, plus the self-contained garage apartment. A dedicated boot-dryer room means dry gear every morning; the lower-level entertainment hub — pool table, wet bar, private theater — is the place for snow-day evenings in. Two master suites define the second floor, one with a fireplace and clawfoot tub, the other with a private mountain-view patio. The third-floor library and lounge is a quiet retreat after a big day on the mountain.
