• Please note that while a Smart TV is provided, streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests are encouraged to utilize their own login credentials for access during their stay and ensure to log out upon checkout.
• Please note that our central downtown location means there may be occasional noise from outside.
• No guns or weapons of any kind are permitted on the property except for law enforcement officers.
• Quiet hours begin at 10pm – this is a quiet building and we must respect our neighbors.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. We have a very strict policy in place due to local regulations on short term rentals. You will be asked to leave and potentially be required to pay damage or excess cleaning fees.
