Villa Lom Talay is a family-friendly 3-bedroom villa located in a quiet area with stunning views. The villa features a private swimming pool, a rooftop terrace, and a gym with exercise equipment. Kids will love the pool table, while the whole family can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. - No all male groups allowed.
- No all teenager/young adult groups allowed without multiple positive reviews.
- No visiting guests allowed to stay overnight.
- Direct customers only. No agents or 3rd party bookings will be accepted.
- The main booker has to be one of the staying guests.
- Cleaning and change of linen every 5 days.
- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 250 US dollar (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
- no toilet paper flushing, blocked toilet will be charged a penalty of 5000 thb
- Pool serviced twice a week.
- In case of loss of gate remote: replacement fee is 5000 Thai baht.
- Electricity will be charge at 7 thb Per KW at check out
