* King beds found in the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom
* Queen sofa sleeper in the living room
* Granite counter tops throughout
* Beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards provided to enjoy the beach
* Bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap
* Toilet paper, paper towels and coffee bar provided
The Space:
* TVs in both bedrooms and family room
* Cable TV provided as well as high speed internet
* In unit washer and dryer
* Stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys
* Luxury bath towels and sheets throughout

PARKING INFO:
Paid parking is available on-site. The cost of parking is $20 per day, with a maximum charge of $60 for the duration of your stay if 7 or less days. Day 8 and all days after this are $5.00 per day. Slow season months: November, December, January, February, and March will be capped at $60.00 for the entire stay. Crystal Tower allows a maximum of two vehicles per condo. If you require parking for more than two vehicles, you will need to make alternative arrangements for parking off the premises.

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* Guest are provided wristbands for access to Crystal Tower amenities.
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking allowed.
* All guests will have to sign a reservation agreement upon making a reservation with us to complete the booking and receive check-in instructions.
* This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels.
