The condo was very clean and very well decorated. We loved it great location close to the beach everything about it. It was exceptional. The cabinets were stocked full of anything you would need to make anything.

Excellent Stay

We have stayed at different Phoenix VI condos for years but this one was our favorite. The place was clean, very comfortable bedding, and had all the amenities at our home away from home for the week! We will certainly be back.

We had a few hiccups when we got there and had to have maintenance come two days in a row and one issue was never fixed with the shower. It was ocean front with great views of the ocean from balcony. Was hard to locate GPS took us to another Phoenix and they sent us wrong direction and then the one we stopped at finally told us where to go. It’s very close to the bridge going over into Florida in Orange Beach if you don’t want to stay down that far. Very close to the outlet that boats come out of.

View was great but truthfully the accommodations were a little run down. Shower wasn’t properly in the walk in one bathroom. Rusting of shower caddy in both bathrooms. It was also hard to sit outside because the smoking was over the top.

The condo was very clean and well appointed with a wonderful view of the Gulf. It is on the twelfth floor which was perfect for the view and easily accessible with four fast elevators. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We will be back.

FANTASTIC

Great location. Right on the beach. Super clean and had the best stock of cookware, silverware, cups, glasses and dinnerware of any VRBO I've ever stayed in. Would HIGHLY reccomend.

Host was great at communicating and answering a few questions I had. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Great view and is exactly like it’s pictured. Pool was a tad chilly outside but plenty of chairs around pool and short walk directly to the beach was nice for our girls to walk while we enjoyed the balcony views. Room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Had a great week and would return again in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved everything about this property. The location was ideal. We were concerned about being on the 12th floor but there were plenty of elevators and no wait time to use one. The property was very clean and the property management company was superb with their communication process. highly recommend this property for a relaxing family getaway.

Awesome Orange Beach Trip!

T. Pittman, 7-17-23 We had a blast! The location was simply perfect. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The beach access was perfect. Walmart being located just a very short distance away is perfect. Being centrally located to water activities, restaurants and shopping is perfect. Will definitely be back!!!

Great beachfront condo

We loved this condo! Great views of the ocean from the 12th floor. Lots of fun building amenities. Beach is very accessible. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to relax for the week. Beds are a little hard, but other than that no complaints!

Wonderful Experience

We loved this condo for our girls trip! It was clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances needed for our trip. The view of the water was beautiful and we really enjoyed the balcony off of the living room and the one off of the master bedroom. The boardwalk from the pool was a quick walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the pool! We would love to stay here again next time!!

Upon your second day, we sent an email asking, "How's it going?" which we got no response. We send this as a chance to voice any feelings or concerns about the condo so that Beach Getaways can actively salvage the reservation while you're here. We sent another email labeled, "Did you enjoy your stay?" upon departure which you viewed the same day with still no response. We wish we would’ve known about any issues during your stay so that our staff could resolve them, quickly allowing you to enjoy your stay. Next time, please call.

Couldn't be better!

The location was perfect. The beach and the views were wonderful. The amenities of the complex were great and clinched the deal for us (can't spend all day in the sun). The pool was nice and large; plenty of room for lots of people. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and smooth. The condo itself was well stocked and very clean; it had everything we needed (as well as beach toys!). Loved it!

Nice condo

The condo is nice and updated. It is maintained well and clean. Two of the elevators were not working so it took some time standing in line to get up and down from the 12th floor. Also, parking is 55.00 per vehicle and I thought that was a little steep for the area.

Vacation

This condo was very nice. It was convenient to restaurants. Swimming pool was large. Personnel came to check on us to make sure everything was working. Just a really good experience. Condo kitchen was well stocked with everything you would possibly need. Would have preferred an electric can opener but that was only fault.

Nice Getaway!

The location and view were great! The condo was clean but the floors could have been cleaner. Candy wrappers still behind the table in the living room. The price to park is a little steep. ($55 per car) Should have been included in the fees and price already paid!
