Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The Bear Port Cabin Getaway offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort with all amenities that you desire. Nestled among towering trees, it features spacious living areas, a cozy fireplace, outdoor space, and plenty of space for everyone to relax and play. Whether you're exploring nearby trails, snowboarding in the snow or unwinding under the stars, this cabin is your home base for unforgettable adventures.
The whole house inside is available for all guest including the garage. The front and rear front and rear decks are all available.
The only room that is not accessible is the maids supply room located in the entry hallway of the house. This room supplies the whole house.
*Trash must be taken by guest we have no trash removal service.
*Quiet hours (10pm-8am).
*No speakers or sound systems allowed.
*No parties or events allowed at any given time.
* Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
* Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach
up to $1,000 per violation.
*No street parking traffic controller patrols daily.
Parking: Space for 3 vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000 or more as per city regulations, this fines are enforced by the City of Big Bear, not us.
*No smoking or vaping allowed inside or outside including garage.
Home and Garage is equipped with Fire Riser (22 Fire Sprinklers)
If any guest smokes or vapes on the premises during their stay, a minimum cleaning fee of $750 will be charged automatically to the Credit Card on file to cover the cost of carpets cleaning, dry cleaning of all bedspreads, curtains, etc. And the security deposit will be forfeited.
* This home is not pet friendly.
If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without management's approval: There is a fine of $1000 per pet and security deposit will be forfeited.
Parties: No parties or events allowed
Pets: We are not pet friendly and do not allow pets.
Smoking or Vaping: Not allowed inside or outside
House including Garage is equipped with Fire Risers (fire sprinklers).
Trash: Trash must be disposed of at the local trash site in town on Gastrin road upon departure.
Vehicles: Maximum of 3 cars on driveway are allowed at any time at the home.
Code Enforcement actively patrols the area and it's a $1,000 fine to you if there are more than 3 cars in the driveway and any cars in the street.
