House was clean and had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Loved the big covered back porch. The beach was beautiful. I did not want to leave!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Spanish Wells. The island is safe, beautiful and friendly. The house was in a wonderful location! We enjoyed our views and few steps to the beach. Since the island is only a couple miles long, everything is close and easily accessible. However, it could use some TLC and a good cleaning/decluttering. We found dirty dishes, items left from previous guests (our boys found a woman’s thong underwear in their closet as well as some other clothing items,) and the closets were so packed with stored items that we had a hard time using them for our clothing and luggage during our stay. The bathtub had a significant crack, so unfortunately we were not able to use that for bathing children. Overall we loved our stay and soaked up the beach, sun, and outdoors as much as possible.

We absolutely loved Spanish Wells and Amberjack House. The house has everything you need. Plenty of beach towels, a cooler bag, and even a supply of bug repellent. There is new Weber grill that we used three times during the week. The view from the back of the house is breathtaking. We could sit all day out at the beach. Each day we only saw a few people on the beach. We practically had it to ourselves. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will absolutely rent again when we return to Spanish Wells.

This place is amazing! It’s on the most beautiful beach! Easy walking distance to some things! I can’t say enough about this place. It has everything you need! I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. The communication with the Host and his team was Great. They were so friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciate all their assistance. Home was stocked with all the appliances we needed. view is breath taking. Shopping and restaurants were outstanding. Hoping to visit again some day.

Loved every minute! Only difficulty was we couldn’t get the tv to work in the back bedroom behind the kitchen (coral colored one)The golf cart was a wonderful bonus! Harbourside folks were just the best!!

Our family loved our stay! The house was nicely setup and felt like home away from home. Our kids loved the runway to the palopa and even more it made it really easy to be back anf forth to the beach from our toddler to grandparents. We had a few chilly/windy days and made use of the back deck that was more protected from the wind. Harbourside was very helpful in arranging transportation from the airport to the house. This house was exactly what we were looking for.

We had a really great time at the Amberjack House! The home is clean and welcoming, the beach behind the home is beautiful and traveling around town in the golf cart was easy and fun - would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Amberjack house. We love the property. It is convenient to everything. Many places to eat whether it’s a sit down or grab and go. Great souvenir shopping and there’s three places to get groceries. The house is very spacious and it had everything we needed. It’s right on the north side beach with a big deck facing the ocean, which is perfect. We noticed quite a few improvements in the home since we were there last and we appreciated those. It comes with a golf cart to get around . We did have a couple issues, but our host Andre and Harborside Rentals were very patient with us and got everything right pretty quick. God willing we will definitely be back to stay at Amberjack house. The people on the island are very friendly and helpful. It’s our favorite place to go spend some relaxing time. It’s absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend the island, the people and the house.Many thanks to Andre and his team. Another beautiful vacation in the books.

This was our 2nd time staying at The Amberjack House. A new perk was that it now includes a golf cart! We were thrilled. You’ll need to take it to the boat docks to top off the tank before you return it the day you leave. Easy peasy.Other than that, everything was wonderful! Love the new washer and dryer and fridge! This house is very comfy. From the decor to the furnishings, nothing is missed. Our favorite place.

Paradise!

We have visited Spanish Wells several times and most of those have been at Amberjack! It truly is the best spot on the island! So close to everything you need and right on the beach! Andre and his team always make us feel at home! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We can't wait to go back!!

We loved our stay at amberjack! The house is spacious with a variety of kitchen gadgets that made cooking quite easy. The new washer and dryer made washing the plethora of beach towels easy for use the next day, and there were several floaties available for relaxing in the water.

Family Reunion

We rented 3 homes for a multi generation get together and AmberJack fit our needs perfectly. The location is beautiful, quiet and close to everything.

Great stay!

This house was very nice and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and such a beautiful view from the house and beach. We love the near by sandbar at low tide. Truly a great stay!
