This property and the host’s are amazing. So good in fact this was our second trip back. Communication could not be any better. April handles everything and make traveling and staying on the island a breeze. If you want an unforgettable experience these are the host for you. They also operate Tyman Charters which is a MUST for all ages. Ruban has been our captain for excursions and a fishing thrip three times. He is amazing.

April, the host, is wonderful! We have rented from her several times. She is very accommodating and responds quickly! This house was clean and in a great location! Comfy beds and the back porch is the best!

Sea Glass fully met our space and functional requirements for our party of eight.Huge kitchen table, washing machine and dryer!Very quiet location and ideally placed for the beach two minutes away.Kayaks and paddle board were great addition and used often, and lots of beach towels and chairs available too.Brandi met us on arrival and gave us a guide of places to eat and snack at.The golf cart could have been better looked after, tyres were quite worn resulting in a flat as it had worn through. However the owner was very quick to respond once it was reported and had a new tyre fitted quickly.Definitely recommend Sea Glass for larger groups\families.

Amazing trip. 5th time to Spanish Wells. Perfect family house. It has a great 8 person dining table, lots of living room seating and a gorgeous outdoor patio to entertain friends if traveling with others. Perfect for a family or a group!Friendly hosts arranged no headache airport transfers and picked us up from the dock with a truck so we didn’t have to worry about our luggage. Showed us around and highlighted new island spots on the drive to the house. Everything was very clean, well maintained and house was fully stocked - lots of dishes, cooking supplies, towels, etc.

We had a lovely stay at Seaglass! Aspects that we really appreciated were : the home was very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture in general, stainless steel pots and pans, low sitting beach chairs, beach towels, a large washer and dryer, the location (!), kayaks, and the backyard seating area! The home was everything we were hoping it would be and the communication with the hosts was excellent! I highly recommend staying here! Spanish Wells is a very special place!

Great house 2 seconds from the beach. Great time with my kiddos. And the host was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout or stay, even booking excursions, helping with restaurants, etc.

Amazing stay!

Our hosts were wonderful. The house was wonderful. The bananas we picked off the tree in the yard were delicious. Great location to walk to the beach. Stay here.

Great time

We had a great time here. Owner was very responsive to any issues ( including a flat tire on the cart that was promptly repaired). Highly recommend renting here.

Very comfortable home a short jaunt from the most beautiful beach park. So close we had our breakfast there 'to go' at the gazebo on our last day!

A wonderful stay

Tyson and April were fantastic hosts and extremely responsive. The house was exactly as described. Great location, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. My family and I had a great time. We’d definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Spanish Wells is an incredibly special place. The house was clean and spacious and worked perfectly for our group. The entire island, as well as Russell Island, is easily accessible by the included golf cart. The beaches, restaurants and bars were all amazing. We absolutely loved Spanish Wells.

Excellant stay!

Went with husband and other family. Second time staying at a Newbold location on Spanish Wells. Could not ask for a better more accomodating host. Lovely place and beautiful island. Their excursions were wonderful. Hope to go again.

Amazing trip!

This home was perfect for our two families first trip to Spanish Wells! Location is great and home has everything you need! Can’t say enough about April!! She was amazing and helped us throughout our entire trip!! Charter boat with Rubin through them also.. such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend and we are already planning our next trip!

Great location!

The house and host were both wonderful. The location was walking distance to the beach. The golf cart allowed us to explore the island and get supplies. April was so kind to let us know when and where fun things were happening on the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

We had an amazing family vacation. Plenty of room and beds. Very cute, comfy, and clean! The owner was very responsive. The kitchen fit everyone and was well stocked. It made the trip perfect

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay! My only issue was the dust (fans, blinds, and less obvious places only) and we may not have even noticed if half of my crew wasn’t allergic to dust All else was truly fantastic and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat! Tyman Charters for the win on both housing and charter accommodations! We will be back!
