To clarify, the property currently has three fully functional bathrooms — one of them is conveniently located outdoors near the pool area, designed for added comfort while enjoying the outdoor space. The fourth bathroom, located in the game room, is temporarily closed for safety and remodeling purposes, which we communicated to you as soon as you reached out. As a gesture of goodwill and to help make up for any inconvenience, we also offered you a complimentary late check-out, which you don't accepted. While we respect every guest’s opinion, in this case, it became clear that your focus seemed to be more on finding issues to request a refund rather than fully enjoying your time with your family. The property provides spacious areas, a private pool, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay — as reflected in our many positive reviews.
