Perfect location if you want to be in the heart of La Crosse. Access to shops, restaurants and nostalgic locations was wonderful.

Great downtown location for UWL graduation. Place was very comfortable to hang out for the weekend with great access to everything downtown, and it was exactly as advertised. Worked great for us! Thanks for having us!

This apartment is so comfortable we decided to order in instead if eating out! Cozy and well appointed, we can’t wait to stay here next time we’re in town. I loved the reading nook, wish we could have stayed longer so I could read the selections.
My library book fit right in with the selected titles!

Parking on the street is on a time limit...only 2 hours per day and no overnight parking, so you have to locate a parking garage close by, for 10 per day, about 3 blocks away. Located by bars and restaurants so some late night loud conversations may occur. Oven needs cleaning as we had the smoke alarm go off the first day from old droppings in the oven

Great property, great location! Very clean and walkable to most places downtown and to the river and riverboat. By great restaurants and so much going on in LaCrosse. Host very responsive. Obviously you need to climb stairs as it is above a business. Also LaCrosse has a lot of parking rules but very easy and cheap to stay in close ramps. Would definitely visit again and recommend! One more thing, this weekend was the 61st anniversary of the banjo festival and if you like that type of music, amazingly gifted players!

HelloI gave it a “4” star rating based on the flight of stairs. Four seniors trudging up the flight and half was difficult at times. We were made aware of the second floor apartment but didn’t think we would climb 24 steps up.. normal is 14.Nonetheless..the accommodations were as shown. Very clean. Master bed very firm.The “out of owners” control was the street noise.. which we were also made aware of. That’s what you get in a college town.. I guess.We got in our steps by walking everywhere.All in all.. our stay was wonderful.Thank you .Sue and Don Gedatus
