Phoenix East II is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Enjoy the best views of the Pass and convenience of vacationing in a complex with so few condos!!



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix East II. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 8th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. Also, there is a sleeper sofa Queen in the Living Room for sleeping up to 4. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo property in Orange Beach. The condo was clean, beautiful, and very inviting. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and everything about the stay was stress-free from beginning to end.The property was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time away. The accommodations were exactly what we hoped for, and we truly appreciated the care and attention put into making the space comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to renting this property in the future!

Great view as advertised - perfect for the 2 of us. Fantastic shower, finally an owner who understands the need for a hand wand in the shower. Kitchen setup was perfect. Comfortable furniture and readily available carts to help with luggage. We really enjoyed it.

This property had recently been updated and was very comfortable and nice. Great view of the beach and boats coming and going from the bay under the bridge. The only disappointment was that sunrises /sunsets are not visible from the unit due to other buildings on either side.

Perfect spot

This condo is in the perfect spot! Great restaurants very close by, right next to the pass, and we loved watching all the boats going out each morning!

First time renting a condo. It was wonderful! Beautiful views of the gulf and the sunrise from the 8th floor! Brandy was very helpful and quick to answer my questions! The condo was recently updated with new kitchen appliances and living room furniture. Really nice! We definitely will come back and stay here!!!!

The property was very comfortable and clean, as Phoenix properties always are! We especially love staying at the end near the pass, where you can watch the boats come and go, and it is less crowded. We could not have asked for better weather, the beach was not crowded, and we even got to see the blood moon! It was only 2 days, but one of the best beach stays ever!

Great stay

Loved the condo and oved the view. Great stay. Really nice. Boardwalk was great for beach access. No stairs! I would suggest that you add that you have to go to Phoenix EAST main building to get into parking lot and get your parking pass. Otherwise we absolutely loved our stay!

The condo was nice, but the noise from the building maintenance was extremely loud, as they were drilling and grinding all day. We checked out early and they only compensated us for approximately 20% of what we paid for 3-nights, which was very expensive. We reached out again, and no response. Not a happy camper!

Enjoyed the property and location very much. A few things are keeping me from rating higher. The most important is the need for curtains in the bedroom. The outside lights are so bright that even with the shutters closed we had to put a sheet over them to help block out the light. That helped but not completely and curtains are needed. The toaster only toasts on one side of the bread. We tried both the bagel and non-bagel setting and we had to flip the bread to toast properly. Just a minor inconvenience. The washer and dryer are very loud. I wouldn’t start a load before bedtime. Getting in and out of bed was noisy. Probably the mattress protector rubbing on the mattress?? The bed and pillows were comfy. Overall it was a very nice stay. I would recommend.

The unit was nice

The unit was very nice and exactly as described. We were on the 8th floor. There were people with large speakers at the pool blasting music that we could hear inside our unit into the evening. They were there everyday and also decided to bring it to the beach.
