Family NYC trip

Our stay has been absolutely fabulous. The place was a perfect fit for our group of 8 a Mixed of adults and teens. Super clean and super cute place. It rained during our stay and we were sad we couldn't enjoying the beautiful patio area. Easy to find and easy directions from host. We would definitely book again.

Family trip

The condo was nicely located to Coney Island, Staten Island, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhatten. The neighborhood was very nice with great restaurants within a short distance. There is a light rail station within a 1/2 mile walk. Easy access to via the turnpike as well. Costco, Walmart, and other shopping a short drive away.

We had a really good experience with our stay. Every small things with the stay was taken care of. Property was very clean and beautifully presented.. convinent location... And property manager .. Manny .. one of the most genuine person we have come across... Really caring and forthcoming in making our stay comfortable.. highly recommended..

We stayed in this area to attend a family wedding and this condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone with a large open living, dining and kitchen area. Full of amenities - we were especially thankful for the stocked coffee station upon arrival after a long day of traveling, the comfortable beds and the great outdoor deck/furniture. Management was very responsive to questions/messages. Several family members live in the area and we would definitely choose to stay here again should the need arise. Thanks!

Beautiful Condo Convenient to NYC

Our family of eight (six adults, a teen, and a toddler) found this clean and beautifully decorated large Bayonne condo wonderful and convenient for a weekend trip to NYC. The three bedrooms, living and dining rooms, full kitchen, and free parking were all important factors in why we chose this listing. We also appreciated that it was advertised as child-friendly with a pack ‘n play in one bedroom, a high chair in the dining room, and plastic cups/plates available. We had a large SUV with an EZ Pass for tolls and were able to run into the city together without the hassle of driving or parking there by taking the free Staten Island Ferry (every half hour). We were also able to drive to Coney Island to take in the sights and catch a baseball game. Each morning, we filled our insulated cups with the ice and filtered water from the fridge. It was nice to come back and relax at this terrific property at the end of each day. There is a convenience store and a good pizza shop both within walking distance. The coffee maker and plentiful amount of coffee supplied were a pleasant surprise and certainly appreciated in the mornings. Other unexpected amenities included filled shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, toothpaste, cotton balls/pads/swabs, and even face masks in the bathrooms. The neighborhood was usually quiet and we recognized iconic scenes from a blockbuster movie filmed nearby. We would definitely rebook here!

L'appartement est très spacieux, joliment décoré et bien équipé. Excellente literie. Les petites attentions dans la salle de bain font toute la différence .Le quartier est calme et tres joli.
