Kitchen fully equipped. Beautiful sunsets, plenty of deer/more wildlife sightings. Particular attention to comfy beds, bedroom 2 with blackout curtains with option to open for sunlight. Split level home with living room SmartTV and bonus room SmartTV. Screened in deck with tables and plenty of seating, including zeros gravity chairs. Back patio with rocking bench. Find plenty of peace and relaxation. Two charcoal grills. Kentucky Lake Tennessee River. Near the south end of Land Between the Lakes LBL, across from Paris Landing State Park (~10 minutes by boat or ~20 minute drive). EXPLORE Dover history and wildlife reserves. The heart of Paris, TN (World's Greatest Catfish Fry, Country Music Festival, Poker Run, Breaker's Marina, more) about 33 minutes drive and Clarksville about 50 minutes drive. This home is near the Kentucky Tennessee border on Kentucky Lake. It was a great stay. Very clean, has everything you need. The screened in deck is wonderful for morning coffee. There are alot of steps in the house but it got me back in shape lol. This time of year the water is a little low, so makes it a little more difficult to fish from the dock being so low. But we had a great time.

Absolutely awesome. Everything as advertised. Convenient location, spectacular views. Easy boat launch a half mile away. Amplw parking for my 20' boat trailer. Great dock, lit and power available. The house was well furnished, we were beyond pleased!

We are senior citizens. The stairs weren't age-appropriate for us, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the house and view. We were there for the peaceful atmosphere. We did go into Dover, toured the Visitors Center (great) and the fort (beautiful and interesting). A complete message was written in the guest book and left by the TV.

Great getaway from the hustle and bustle!!

My husband and I loved it here. The host is incredibly kind and goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your trip! The views are gorgeous as well as the house.

Our stay on the lake was great! My grandchildren especially enjoyed fishing and swimming at the dock. I did a lot of cooking since the area is remote, and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and having 2 and 1/2 baths was nice. My favorite place to sit was on the screened in back porch ... it was peaceful with birds singing and overlooked the lake. The back yard was nice for my grandchildren to fly small kites in the lake breeze. If I go back to Kentucky Lake, I would consider staying here again. The hostess was easy to reach and even purchased a mixer for the kitchen so that I could use it upon my arrival. The only thing that was a bit bothersome, was the noise level of the downstairs dehumidifier ... it was rather loud and cycled off and on through the night, but mostly remained on. I noticed it more since I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. It was loud but did a good job keeping the air dry in that lake environment. Overall an excellent stay.

Always reach out during your stay for anything that we may do to improve your experience. The dehumidifier can be turned off. We ask that you simply turn it back on before you check out. Thank you for being a great guest!

Annual cousin trip

House and property all that was described, enjoyed our stay, brought our center console explored the lake and fished, caught some nice fish off the dock, we had a great time.

Wonderful stay! Very relaxing!

Our 3rd girls trip and this house is perfect as always. We enjoy the dock and screen in porch the most. Very quiet place. Will be back again. Owners are very nice and informative.

Comfortable and Clean

Nice get away with family. Host was very polite and accommodating. The home was immaculately clean. Access to private dock was awesome, fishing was pretty good despite being at winter pool.

Boat can be tied off at the dock on either side. **NOTE**: The covered boat slip stores the homeowner's boat. Guests park their boat on either the left side or on the right side. Electric is available. Guests are encouraged to bring their own extension cord(s) as needed for charging or other electrical needs.
