This pet-friendly home on Panama City Beach's West end features 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8), 2 baths, a stunning kitchen, and a screened in sun room. Enjoy a fully fenced yard for you and your furry companions, an outdoor shower, covered porch, and parking for 4 cars. With all this space and amenities, Sun of a Beach is perfect for families or groups seeking both modern luxury and coastal charm. Let Sun of a Beach be your gateway to sunsets, sandy toes, and laid-back, beach-side living!

Access to the beach is a breeze from this prime location! Just a short 8 minute walk down Kelly St. to Front Beach Road, public beach access is located directly south of the property across from Dupree St. Make sure to also enjoy some of the nearby restaurants, or take the short drive down Front Beach Road to hundreds of other options! With its laid back location, Sun of a Beach is the perfect spot for any beach getaway.

Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and other documentation that requires your electronic signature to receive Check-In Instructions containing the property access code.

You must be 25 years of age to rent this property and may need to show proof with valid driver's license or other ID. If determined you are not 25 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 25 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties. We may seek damages for failure to abide by this House Rule when booking a reservation. Dogs restricted to 25 pounds or less, certain breeds restricted, and additional fees apply. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply.

Exactly what we needed

Sun of a Beach was the perfect spot for our us... clean, roomy, and super close to the beach (just a short walk away). We loved having a full kitchen, plenty of space to hang out, and a fenced yard that made it easy to bring our dog along without any stress.

Convenient location/awesome quiet neighborly beach

We ran into some small issues upon arrival. The manager went way and beyond to resolve our issues and could have not been any kinder. Her sincere concern and kindness made our trip even better. This also made me think highly of this rental company. The manager, MS.Dawn rocks and made sure we were taking care of. The service we received is the best among any place we have stayed at.Thank you for making our trip great!

Exceptional Stay in Marco Island – A Perfect Getaway!

Our stay at this stunning condo in Marco Island was nothing short of perfection! The location couldn't have been better—just steps from the pristine beach and within close proximity to fantastic dining and shopping. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the private balcony was truly a dream. The complex amenities, especially the beautiful pool and well-kept grounds, added to the relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly responsive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless. Their attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a perfect vacation retreat in Marco Island, this condo is an absolute gem! We can't wait to return!

Overall good. Was close to beach and worked decently for our needs.

The few priblems we hadWe rented this because it listed it as having a king size bed. It had 3queens. Did not tell us bavk deck was unusable. Fridge leaked and stove had a broken top that my wife got shocked from. Biggest issue was the thermostat that kept changing back to 78 degrees every couple of hrs. When you wake up to 78 degrees and sweating no oneenjoys there sleep.

Cute spot

Sun of a Beach was awesome plenty of space for everyone and that backyard pool was our hangout HQ. We'd grab quick beach runs then kick back grilling and soaking up the chill vibes. Totally felt like our own little hideaway. Already dreaming about the next trip back!

Clean, cozy, and super chill

This house had good energy, if that makes sense. Everything was clean and organized. The kitchen had all the stuff we needed and the beds were really comfy. It was in a nice, quiet area which made it easy to just relax. Honestly, it felt like a mini reset.
