Great location, easy access to the beach, comfortable beds, clean pool and hot Tub. More than enough space for my large family.

Great for big family trip!

Really enjoyed the stay with our extended family. The home is very well stocked and maintained. Having the pool and hot tub in the back was great when walking back from the beach. Enjoyed visiting Inlet Beach. Had not stayed there before, much less crowded,. Typically stay in Santa Rosa and Rosemary.

Great locations, we have booked in this neighborhood before and you can’t beat the floor plan. All have multiple king beds with large bathrooms. Elevators are so handy and the bonus basement space off the pool is the best with kids. We have stay in a few other homes that have been updated more than this one. Overall, the house needs some love. There are drawers in the kitchen that don’t open, the kitchen pots and pans are worn down badly and a lot of the kitchen supplies have paint dried on them from improper covering when painting. Also the hot tub is leaking through the wall and grill area needs some cleaning. We loved that the space came with a ping pong table, 4 great bikes and a wagon that helps take things down to beach. Just needs a few repairs and love but it was a great vacation overall.

Overall we were Very happy with our stay. Ice machine was a nice touch in the kitchen. We r ice people ! The elevator was very helpful during arrival and leaving especially.. a few nonstick pans would be great and I mentioned to them that it would be nice for the price you pay for that house to have a few more things, there was not any cleanup materials like Windex or kitchen spray , or anything like that . only one roll of paper, towel towels, and a couple trash bags and two dishwasher powders, and a very small dish dishwashing liquid.the one roll of TP per bathroom to get ya started. It’s the little things that go along way when you’re already having to bring so much to stay in a house like that and you have to buy so much when you get there, having things like that would help keep things tidy during the week.We were also not left with any potholders in the house anywhere and only one dish towel, I did message the owner or rental company and they did bring those. I wish I had asked sooner because we waited till the end of the weekAmy questions were promptly answered. .
