Welcome to our charming vacation home in Anthidona facing the beautiful landscape of Evia island. only 5 min' walk through olive trees to the nearest beach.
80 km from Athens only 1 hour and 15 min' drive from the international airport.
Our home offers the perfect escape blending traditional Greek atmosphere in a newly renovated vacation home.
Situated on a private 2200 m² lot in a Mediterranean environment, you will have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring that you can enjoy your privacy while relaxing in the garden or unwinding in the spacious living areas you can experience the ultimate retreat without any interruptions

Master Bedroom- Features a comfortable double bed and a next door bathroom.
Second Bedroom- Offers two single beds that can easily be converted into a double bed, accommodating up to 3 guests.
Third Bedroom- Comes with a double bed and a large workspace.
All bedrooms include spacious wardrobes, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. A beautiful bathroom is conveniently located between the last two bedrooms.
Kitchen & Dining
A well-equipped kitchen with a cozy table for morning coffee and just a step from the kitchen you’ll find large dining table for delightful dinners.
Living Room
Relax on the big comfy sofa while enjoying your Favorite movies on the large smart TV, playing games together or just reading a book . Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not for use.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
its a place that makes life become simple we love the people around the landscape. you can sit in the garden and watch Evia mountains a whole day. we love the special beach that is on the end of the road its a bit wild, but of we take a right or a left we gat to a quite bay and there we take the morning swim .

only 10 min' away there the sweet village DROSIA where we have a grocery store, bakery's and when we want some water sport we go to ALYKES beach.
There are a lot of beautiful small bays we drive to that are only 10-15 minutes away from our house
agios minas with the best Tavernas around is 15 minutes drive from the hose where we take a swim while waiting for lunch
Chalkida the main city of Evia Island is 20minutes away and from there we love to travel in to Evia and enjoy nature in its glory.
On very hot days we go to the pool at the hotel that located on the path right next to us.
