With stunning mountain views and modern luxury amenities, "Moondance Chalet" is the ultimate mountain getaway. This three-level log cabin boasts a contemporary flair with its open concept living space and modern furnishings. Indulge in the jacuzzi with observation deck, enjoy the SONOS speakers both inside and outside, and stay active with the Peloton fitness loft. With a location in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area and minutes away from Lake Blue Ridge and Historic Downtown Blue Ridge, adventure and relaxation await. Come experience the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort at "Moondance Chalet."
- Please leave shoes at door to help keep rugs clean.
Note: We graciously leave all of our guests with a STARTER supply of essentials for their stay. We do not fully stock the home for your vacation. We are happy to start you off with a small amount of toiletries in each bathroom, a few garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Please be advised that guests are ultimately responsible for their own toiletries and supplies for the duration of their stay. Kitchens are not stocked with spices, aluminum foil, etc but are fully stocked with dishes/ pots/ pants/ utensils for your cooking needs. Linens are left in bathrooms according to number of guests, and a starter supply of laundry pods are left in order for guests to wash linens during their stay should they need to do so as well.
- Please leave property as you found it, do not remove ANY items or household supplies from the property or leave food or other items in fridge/cabinet.
- Do NOT put loose trash in cans or in outside receptacles- all trash should be in bags provided.
- Check-In at 4:00 pm
CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
-Check-Out at 10:00 am
- Extinguish any fires on property.
- Ensure gas is off at grills.
- Set thermostats to 75 in Summer and 65 in Winter.
- Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start dishwasher.
- Please leave all dirty towels on bathroom floors.
- Please ensure all lights are off and doors/windows are locked upon departure. - All trash bags tied and left in outside trash bins. These trash bins should be closed tightly to prevent critters. Any trash that will not fit in these bins should be taken off by guests.
-Take or throw away any food or items brought in.
-Please let us know if you changed over propane tank due to emptiness or if noticed anything malfunctioning (lightbulbs, etc.) so we can address ASAP.
- Please strip beds.
EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THIS HOME.
HOME IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED WITH EACH STAY AND ALL HOME DEFECTS/DAMAGES ARE NOTED PRIOR TO NEW GUEST ARRIVALS. GUESTS SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF ANY OBVIOUS DAMAGES UPON CHECK IN AND NOTIFY CO-HOSTS IMMEDIATELY. SHOULD GUESTS NOT NOTIFY CO-HOSTS, CO-HOSTS WILL ASSUME DAMAGES ARE DUE TO GUESTS OCCUPYING PROPERTY OR WILL BE NOTED UPON CHECK OUT AND DAMAGE REQUESTS WILL BE SENT ACCORDINGLY.
THERE ARE CAMERAS AT THE ENTRY OF THE CABIN.
All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide proof of ID.
No parties, pets, or smoking allowed.
