Amazing Luxury Getaway ~ 50 Feet on the Toccoa River ~ Great Fishing

How about 50 feet on the beautiful Toccoa River, so close you can hear the sound of the rapids. New luxury 1,900 square foot cabin, spacious open floor plan for family gatherings, large family room with vaulted ceiling, beautiful fireplace with gas logs, and built in giant 65 inch flat screen TV.

Two bedrooms with king-sized beds and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs loft/game room with two twin beds , eat-in kitchen with bar stools for casual eating or the dining room table your choice. 1,020 square feet of outside covered living space with a large picnic table, hot tub and gas bar-b-q are on the open deck all facing the beautiful Toccoa river.

A fire pit offers great atmosphere for outside evening gatherings. The cabin is also wheel chair accessible. The property is on a gravel road leading to this pristine riverfront location. If you enjoy trout fishing, Fannin County is the Trout Capital of GA. If you enjoy kayaking or tubing it's all located just out your back door.

We loved our stay, this cabin is better then pictured. Right on the water and everything was so cute and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you need to have a chill weekend was there.

We as the Brooks Family, love it so cozy and just what we were expecting..The back porch was great, and the swings by the river were Awsome..Could use new mattress on the beds and more lights in bathroom..Maybe more towels per bathrooms..But we made do and so enjoyed our stay and will go back..

Beautiful cabin in a great location. Right on the beautiful Tocoa River. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Blueridge. Very clean and wonderful host.

The cabin is beautiful, and the view is 10/10.I think it is time to upgrade the mattresses in all the rooms. Our backs were killing us after the first night.

This was my second time staying at this wonderful house. It is spacious, incredibly well designed and absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are private, and the back deck is a marvelous respite.

The cabin and its setting was perfect for my father, who uses a cane to walk, and for the rest of the family. The house had a great layout and lots of places to sit and listen to the flowing waters of the Toccoa. It was a wonderful place to relax, fish, and enjoy one another’s company making s’mores at the fire pit. Everyone is eager to return.

This cabin is fantastic. I highly recommend and will likely return. The outdoor spaces are numerous and allowed our family many ways to enjoy the beauty. The riverbank is fairly easy to climb, and once down a few steps, the water is easy to wade.

Such a beautiful home on the Toccoa River. Our family and friends really appreciate all of the outdoor living spaces and the home itself is amazing. I’ve been here twice. Once with my family and our recent trip with a few fly fishing buddies.

This cabin was way more than expected. It was absolutely perfect from the location to beds. The outside area was just amazing and such a treat to see the trains pass by daily. I will definitely be staying here again and again

This cabin was perfect for our family getaway. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space and things to do for everyone. The cabin and natural setting are beautiful. The only bad part was having to leave at the end of our trip. Thank you for letting us stay here! We hope to visit again soon!
