Lazy Pines is perfectly located for everything Sylvan Beach has to offer. Public lake access is just a short walk down the block — the perfect spot to catch stunning Oneida Lake sunsets without the crowds.
Sidewalks make it easy to walk or bike the short 1.1 miles to Sunset Park, Verona Beach State Park, and Sylvan Beach’s popular restaurants, shops, and entertainment.


PET FRIENDLY

Don’t leave your four-legged friends at home — Lazy Pines welcomes well-behaved pets, so the whole family can enjoy the trip together!

Guests have full access to the entire cottage, backyard, and designated garage area. Whether you’re bringing along beach gear, bikes, or a boat, there’s plenty of room for it all.

We have a 24/7 guest support team here to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to message us in the app if you need anything during your stay!

- The cottage is not directly on the lake but is just steps away from public access.

- The fireplace is sealed and for decorative purposes only.

- Bicycles may be used at your own risk
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $100/pet. Please add pets to the reservation under the "Add guests" tab in the search bar.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Guests’ usage of the bicycles at the cottage is at their own risk.
